2 years ago Phil helped cutting some bolts down to size. He was polite and got it done in timely manner at reasonable cost. Understanding that cutting down 10 bolts is a tiny job the owner didn't look down on it. 2 years later I'll be calling him again for same thing.

This has been my go to Machine Shop for at least 10 years, nothing but spectacular work, on time and a reasonable price... I have taken big important jobs and very small requests as well... They always make time no matter the size..
