ServiceMaster Restore of Kingston

When my basement flooded I had ServiceMaster Kingston come to clean and do the restoration. I cannot say enough positive things about dealing with them right from beginning to end. They were so understanding and made a time of high stress go smoothly to ensure I was informed and comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend!

Showed up promptly to dry out and clean up our basement. They did a good job repairing the flood damage and the staff was friendly and co-operative.

We needed someone to come out ASAP and give us opinion on some exterior fire damage, and even though it was a small job, Bridgette and her team took it seriously and helped us evaluate the situation in less than 24 hours. Turns out we need more of a contractor, but I appreciated their fast professional response and how much expertise they shared with us to help us even on a job that wasn't a great fit for them.

They get the job done. They are professionals. They know their business well.

If I could give them more stars I would. I received a call from them in less than an hour after I called my insurance company and they were at my home less than an hour after that. They were very honest, thorough and informative. They were also very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend ServiceMaster Kingston and Eric and him team.

We had a pipe burst in the ceiling of our basement bedroom where there was water damage to the flooring, ceiling, contents and mainfloor tiling and plumbing. I turned off the main water and called the insurance company first thing in the morning where they advised us to call Service Master. Within 2 hours, Shawn was at our house to assess the damage and shortly after his clean up crew came and helped us remove contents, they ripped up the wet carpeting and took down the ceiling, leaving fans to dry out the room. The team also helped by taking photos and listing all the damage for the insurance company. We were happy that Shawn kept in touch with us, gave us suggestions in where to go to look for the new flooring and worked with the store to expedite our order. Within 2 weeks, Service Master had our entire room completed, new ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical fixtures, and main floor tiling all done. They also disposed of the damaged furniture for us with no mess, even cleaning the carpet that got dirty from the water. Each and every staff person we dealt with was super friendly and helped alleviate any worries we had. We highly recommend Service Master, based in Kingaton, Ontario on O'Connor's Drive. These guys were quick and very professional. Despite it being a Sunday morning the team came in and got to work very quickly helping to minimize the damage in my basement from a recent flood. The owner was very good at communicating next steps and kept me in the loop the entire way. If it weren't for these guys the damage would have been much much worse. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing their services

My elderly parents basement recently flooded and ServiceMaster took care of everything for them. After contacting the insurance company they handled getting everything back to normal from start to finish. We were so impressed with their crew...the nicest people and so diligent to details.
