The new owner is extremely rude. I assume it is him from how stingy he is with the toppings. I have been getting the same order for years and ever since micheal sold this shop whoever took over is more worried Abbott some toppings rather than keeping a costumer. Treats his costumers and employes horrible. If we’re paying 10 dollars for a cup of frozen ice cream don’t be afraid to give me more than a couple mochis when I have asked and am paying extra. Cheap places loose customers as I was a daily costumer. Do better yogen!!

I pass by yogen fruz often to get a smoothie. I went on Monday and found the place to be extremely unorganized and dirty which made me turn around. Not to mention I saw the way the owner was treating his employer. Looked undermining. The environment does not feel the same.

I had the best experience with my daughter and mother. We were really thirsty and asked for a cup of water. The associate was really kind and gave us a cup. We then ordered three kinds of Yogurt and the girl was just so pleasant to deal with. She had a smile the whole time and made us feel really special. Customer service is so important nowadays and it makes a difference when people are kind to you. Along with the great desserts they have a great staff there. Thank you for making my families day a great one.

The store provides exceptional customer service. I purchased a banana yogurt with cheesecake bites (strange combination) but the employees happily did it for me. Kids also got cookie dough ice cream and strawberry ice cream and the staff were generous with the scoop portion. Overall would recommend this place for high customer service and delicious treats!

I purchased an Earl Grey Milk Tea from here and received a bubble tea without any milk inside. Although I had waited 20 minutes for this order, the man working did not provide any attention to my incorrect order and in fact brushed it off. In fact after I changed my order to a Strawberry Milk Tea, my tea started to dissolve and separate and give out white chunks. It was too unappetizing. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

White Male working there in his late 20s dark short hair was working today with a woman and a Asain teenager and it’s astonishing how a teenager has better costumer service than this man aNd yogen quick tip if a costumer asks to have their yogurt a specific way GIVE THE COWTUNERS WHAT THEY ARE ASKKNB FOR ANS PAYING FOR.

Extremely disappointing. I would give this zero stars if I could. Was told my transaction payment didn't go through even though I saw the success checkmark. Had to do it again and was basically told I imagined the success tick on the previous attempt. Was assured I only paid for it once after I requested them to ensure that I wouldn't be charged twice. Then incorrect order was made and I was told that I ordered something different which I didn't. Took a lot to get my order remade. Checked my bank account while eating. Shocker- payment went through twice. I went back to show them (while still eating my yogurt). No apology. No empathy. And couldn't refund me the way I paid. And I never got offered any napkins. I guess that's only for people who pay 3 times.
