Amazing service! Riley showed up and diagnosed what was needed. He was very detailed on what was going to be done. Took the time to discuss the options and where to do the install. Super friendly and professional. Would absolutely 100% recommend Mr. Mike’s Plumbing.

Tristan and I went through a detailed home inspection, and was quick and tidy with the job I had requested to be done. He wasn’t in a rush at all, which gave me enough time to ask questions. I appreciate the quality of service, and I wouldn’t mind continuing with them for future plumbing, water tank, or furnace related jobs.

Robbie was exceptional. The front office was very resourceful and prompt in their response.They understood my issue and was responsive in resolving it.It was a big job and as much as I loved everything about Mr Mikes and Robbie - I hope to never see them under such circumstances - because no one's wants to replace a water heater tank impromptu.However, if I ever find myself needing plumbing service I'm certainly calling up their team.Thanks Team.

John was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable, however could not find the cause of the water issue. it was suggested that perhaps it was condensation from the dryer vent. This possibility will be looked into

The plumber was called in after hours. He arrived on time. During his visit he recommended that we get a new tank instead of trying to maintain the current unit we had. My wife and I both agreed. After a few minutes we received a quote at $3,499.99 for another tank. I was floored. The plumber that gave us the quote explained that the price of hot water tanks had gone up and that we’d actually be getting a good deal. After much discussion with my wife and given the circumstances (two days before Christmas, with no hot water) we gave the plumber a 50% deposit as it was requested. After we gave the deposit it turned out we’d be getting a smaller tank than what was originally planned and was going to be smaller than the current tank we had.After the plumber left, we decided to research the average cost of a new unit and install in Calgary. On average $1,500 - $2,500, nowhere near the price we were quoted at $3,499.99 (for a smaller tank no less). This led me to think that I wasn’t being treated fairly and that the quote wasn’t an accurate representation of what needed to be done. I called the next day to cancel my appointment and I’m still waiting to receive my refund for my deposit (which is fine, as it’s only been 1-2 business days since and I was told 3-7).I ended up getting another company in to complete the job, at $2,500. That $2,500 would include a bigger tank, which was high efficiency rated.Overall I’m extremely disappointed in the service we received. It gave me the impression that Mr. Mikes is more likely to gouge you than give you an accurate quote. I would not recommend this company for these reasons.

Hot water heater blower died. Decided to get on demand. Jon got me all set up for the very next day. He was very personable and professional. Would most definitely recommend these guys.

This is the third time we have used Mr Mikes Plumbing and they always do really good work.Riley was very friendly, explained everything to us and did really good work. I would definitely recommend him.

Adam did an excellent job in fixing our leaking and faulty faucet in the kitchen. He was punctual and professional with his work. If I have to do any plumbing work again, I will definitely request for his service again. Well done! Great job!

Mike was incredibly fun, knowledgeable and didn’t kick or snarl at my loud dogs. Tbd on his work, as advised to test In 24 hours. But overall explained what he was doing and was a fun energy to be around. From a customer service perspective id recommend. $$ expected with plumping but seemed reasonable

$1000 to unclog a drain $73 just to come out and waste my time. Wow this company is a rip off. Had somebody else come do it at my house and get the job actually done and unclog my drain for $100 rip off specially, during economy like this
