Buyer's Remorse!Read all the reviews before you buy. I wish I had. I bought a used hot tub and warranty from this guy last may. Twelve months later one of my pumps failed and I called to have the problem diagnosed and repaired. All I got was excuses and delays. After three weeks he wouldn’t even return a call or text. Had to buy and install a new pump myself. In hindsight I should have seen the signs. When the hot tub was first delivered it was missing a filter lid, filter basket, and the filter wasn’t even the right one for the hot tub. After waiting for two months for him to deliver, I had to purchase these on my own. Don’t become his next victim by buying a hot tub from this guy. You will only regret it.

Excellent Service by 24 Hour Hot Tub. They installed a new Heater, Control Panel and Display Panel on my Spa Berry Hot Tub located one hour west of Edmonton on a Saturday. The labor time for the repair took longer then anticipated but Ken (The Owner) only charged us what he had quoted us. Not many people do that. Brandon the installer was great. You could tell he enjoyed his job. I highly recommend 24 Hour Hot Tub Service for all your hot tub repairs.

We waited over 8 months to get our hot tub back after Ken took it from our back yard. Even then we had to continually phone him and put pressure on him to complete the refurbishment of the hot tub and to return it to us. Because he did not complete the work in a timely manner, it doesn't properly fit into our new deck - the hot tub should have been built before the deck was built but Ken assured us that it would fit if we went ahead and built the deck first. The hot tub works well but this was the most frustrating business we have ever dealt with. Try to find someone else to service your hot tub if possible.

Wow, what a relief we came across Ken. We bought a tub off a friend, set it up and found out there were some wiring issues right off the start. We did a quick google search and luckily Ken was able to stop in later that morning (on a Saturday!). He diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour and we were able to enjoy our tub that night. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy to deal with. Looking forward to the simple and very well laid out chemical program he started us on. Thanks again Ken! A warning to anyone who requires repairs done to their hot tub. Stay clear of Ken & 24 Hour Hot Tub Service as there is no guarantee your hot tub will: be returned to you as per the contract agreed upon timeline, will be repaired with OEM parts. Additionally you will likely: not take numerous days off from work to meet with Ken only to be stood up without a courtesy phone call, be given excuses as to why your hot tub is not repaired, & be yelled at over the phone when you press Ken about when your tub to be returned to you.My wife & I noticed a significant loss of water from our hot tub over a few weeks during July of 2022. We contacted Ken & 24 Hour Hot Tub Service to discuss. Ken stated that he could come look at our 16 year old Beachcomber Hot Tub that weekend. We were told that the hot tub would need to be removed from our backyard & taken to his insulation & diagnosis warehouse. We would need to pay a deposit for the removal, sprayed in insulation removal, & diagnosis inspection. We felt comfortable with Ken & soon thereafter Ken & a crew of movers came to remove our hot tub. This deposit was paid by etransfer immediately. We were told the timeline for removal to repair to return was 3 weeks. This agreement was shared with us before the August 2022 long weekend.A number of weeks then passed after agreeing with Ken to move to the repair stage. The contract stated that the final payment was due, by etransfer, upon return of our repaired hot tub. Yet whenever we spoke with Ken by text message or over the phone we were given any random number of excuses as to why our hot tub had yet to be repaired. Ken then invited me to come to the warehouse & look at the hot tub. One day after work I drove the 45 minutes in a snowstorm to the warehouse only to find it closed. I left a voicemail message & text with him. He called me later & offered me a $100 to drive to the warehouse again. It was after 9pm in the winter & I didn’t feel comfortable doing so again. Ken has held this against me ever since, as he feels he extended himself to offer me reassurance.Another month had passed & I texted Ken to get an ETA for the return of the hot tub. Ken then phoned us to share that he had found more leaks & it was not ready. He then stated that money was tight & he would need the final payment that day. I told him that his contract said payment in full upon delivery. Ken stated that he has had difficulty with clients in the past; he shared that he would deliver a hot tub & the client would ask for a payment plan. I assured Ken that we had the funds put away to complete the transaction upon return of our hot tub. There were a whole host of other desperate pleas. I told Ken we weren’t comfortable doing business that way. My wife & I discussed it & shared that we would pay half of the remaining balance by etransfer that day. I then phoned him back & wanted a firm delivery date stated on the receipt. He became agitated. I said, “listen I just want our ____hot tub back.” It was then that Ken yelled over the phone at me for 5+ before hanging up on me.Our hot tub was finally returned to us on December 15, 2022 but had 10 deficiencies or missing parts.The following issues correspond to the attached photos:- 9 jets are either not OEM or won't lock properly into place.- We only received two of the three foot jets but were promised the other jet would arrive a week after the tub was returned. The jets we received are not OEM and won't twist and lock in place.FYI... there was no bullying on our end! We simply asked that the terms of the contract be met between 24 Hour Hot Tub Service & ourselves. In an attempt to have these issues rectified by other venders we have become aware of Ken's poor reputation in the hot tub repair sector. It isn't just us who have had issues with 24 Hour Hot Tub Service.

We have had Ken move and repair a couple of our hot tubs. He and his crew are fantastic, very knowledgeable and have given us amazing service. He took our old tub, fixed the leak, re-insulated it, wrapped it and made it look brand new again. I called on Sunday to book a quote for Monday.Ken responded and said he could come on Sunday to replace a pump.The quote for a pump and replacement was very reasonable.The labor quoted was for an hour, but Ken spent almost 3 hours replacing and tweaking the hot tub ensuring it ran with no issues.I was impressed with his dedication and ensuring things were done right.I highly recommend Ken and 24 Hour Hot tubThanks for the great serviceAdrian Isbister

I was lucky enough to use Ken for my second hand hottub move and electrical setup. Even though I threw out my back on the first attempt at moving the tub, Ken and his crew found a way to get the tub to its new home. They set up the electrical the next day, so now me and my bum back can soak. They were even good enough to set us up with a chemical package and detailed instructions on maintenance. We are so impressed with their professionalism and they will be out hot tub guys" for years to come.Thanks Ken and crew. Great work."

Ken came the next day to fix a FLO error on my panel. He was able to fix the problem very quickly, and explained/showed to me what had happened. He also gave me some tips on how to better utilize our chemicals. Thanks again!
