Stayed with Bartlett in Regina for good 6 months, and haven't regret a moment. My 2 bed apartment had a lot of free space, with walk in closet, spacious kitchen and big living room. The property covered all the utilities except energy, which is really beneficial if you're staying in Saskatchewan during winter time. The price for 2 bed apartment was lower than the market price, which makes it a pretty good deal. While signing the contract, Carolyn mentioned that apartment windows are gonna be changed for the newer ones at the end of summer, and they indeed changed them! Recommended the property to my friends who came over from BC. Definitely would stay here for longer, if wouldn't move to another province.

When my husband and I rented a suite from, they were always courteous. Any repairs, they were quick getting things fixed.

We moved to Regina from Toronto last year. We chose our unit based on a virtual tour, and when we arrived in Regina, the space was as advertised. Carolyn and Keith were helpful and attentive. We loved our home and would happily rent from Bartlett Realty again!

Keith felt the need to let himself into our apartment whenever he pleased. Not only that, but he gave his lackeys keys and they would let themselves in wheneve they pleased. One day I had a few guys just randomly come into our apartment to clean windows. No notice at all, and they never took their shoes off. Keith was also condescending when he spoke to my wife and I, and would often trash talk other tenants when he would have a conversation with me. I would love to recommend a better landlord, but as far as I'm aware, there's not much better within city limits.

Absolutely love where I live and renting from Bartlett! I’ve been living here for over a year and any repairs have been completed quickly without issues. They are so accommodating and professional.

I was relocating from Toronto to Regina due to work and due to the pandemic I decided to agree to remote virtual tour - bad idea.OnceI arrived, the apartment was not in a good state - unclean. I took several pictures as proof which I provided right away to the landlord to cover myself. I tried to work with the landlord and I was shown a different property at a location I originally wanted (downtown/transitional area). I was still unimpressed with the building due to the smell and frankly the lack of cleanliness of the building.Still, I was polite and courteous toward the landlord and finally decided I would rather move-out and find another apartment. At that point, the landlord threatened that I would not get my damage deposit on top of the rent I already paid ( I stayed only 5 days and moved out ) under the pretext that I had not given them notice on the last day of the previous month. Therefore I would lose my deposit. The landlord Keith Bartlett was rude and unprofessional.I had to to file with ORT to get my deposit back. Thankfully, I did because Landlord never responded to the ORT and it was ruled in my favour. I would never recommend this Landlord to anyone especially if you are from out of town:The landlord was pretentious and condescending and showed his true colours the moment I informed him that I was moving out.TENANT BEWARE!!!!!!Honourable mention: MCKK Property Management is one of the better landlords in Regina.

I loved my experience with Bartlett Realty Ltd, with Carolyn, Keith the landlord and Velma and her nephew who were the caretakers of the building. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating to my needs and they made me feel like I had a home.They provided me different options for paying rent (semi-monthly, monthly, etc.) and were always there to help and support and were quick to respond to any messages or concerns I had. Although I didn't have much dealings with Keith directly, Carolyn who was my main contact was always so sweet and quick to respond.This has been an absolutely amazing experience and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a place. Should I ever need to move back to Regina and rent a place - Bartlett Realty will be the first place I call!Thank you so much!

Extremely rude behavior by owner Keith. They do not want to give you back your security deposit money while leaving. Horrible management. Avoid this property.
