They gave me the wrong burger, but in fairness, they apologized and made me a new one. The chairs are metal and hardwood - very uncomfortable. The store decor is rather lacking. It feels more like a cafeteria than a Wendy's. The service was quick but I don't think I will return here. It's just not a great setting.

Went through the drive thru for lunch today and ordered a Dave's double and a small chili. Chili bowl was only half full, but burger was ok, but heavy on the sauce/mayo. Took a pic of the chili but don't know how to post

Terrible! There’s 3 ladies harassing people for money. Throwing things at their vehicles while the customer in drive thru if they saw no. Giving people the finger. 3 Muslim ladies. I saw this before and I left, so did a another couple. You’re losing customer: Is this what Sherwood park is turning into?

Not the first time I’ve had something missing from my bag, ordered a baconator combo with large fries and large root beer, with 2 jbcs and a lettuce wrapped ghost pepper chicken burger. And I never got my baconator…can you reach me how to steal money from people ? Cause that’s the last time you get any of my business

Often been here most of the time it's been ok but today was shambles they only took cash as the debit machine was not working one girl on the till got the orders wrong tried to tell me that a frosty coffee was the same A an iced coffee and the one lady who was serving walked away from the till while people were waiting to be served and the other staff were just talking I had to ask if anyone was serving.I work in retail, and if I did that, I would be talked to. They need the manager on Saturday, especially at lunchtime, and someone to let customers know the debt machine is not working .

Ordered for delivery, got my order and instead of the burger I ordered, I just got the meat patty, no bun. I get that mistakes happen but forgetting the bun on a burger? That's literally the first step. How do you forget that part? I normally wouldn't leave a bad review but this isn't the first time they messed up.

Flies all over the place, behind the counter in the kitchen, and tons in the eating area. The service was slow and my order was finished and placed on a counter, then served to me a couple of minutes after. Would not recommend.

I dont know what has happened at this location but its turned to absolute trash. The last 3 times ive been here they have gotten my order wrong. First time my spicy chicken burger had honey mustard sauce instead of mayo (not a good combination).Second time my Baconator combo did not have ketchup or mayo and the poutine was ICE cold and had that nasty gloppy gravy skin that is scraped from the bottom and edges of the pot.Third and most recently I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and received a regular spicy chicken sandwich (at least with the proper sauce this time). my side was supposed to be the ghost pepper fries but instead I received regular (old and cold) fries.

Went through the drive through. It wasn't busy and my order was not correct. Had to go inside and get it corrected. They didn't seem concerned about the mistake and then took their time to correct it. Even taking time to chat amongst coworkers. Not impressed with the service.
