Had the pleasure to be served by Kim today,Best nails I ever had, she was fast and very meticulous. Happy costumer, the 4 stars is because they don't respect appointments to walk ins.

I went for a mani/pedi at this location on a Thursday evening about 2 hours before closing. The floor was a mess. It looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in days. The service technician who worked on me kept trying to upsell me on shellac, acrylic nails, and other services. I kept refusing and she tried to shame me into these upgrades (your nails are too short, you need acrylics to look pretty, etc.). Super annoying and not a relaxing experience at all.

I'm very disappointed. I was looking for gel nail hand and feet. French nails to be more specific.First a woman came to do the feet and she just put a white line on it with some gel on top. Was very very basic and very very expensive $65 !She didn't ask if I would like some colour and when I told her I wanted some colour she told me : you have to say before.Before when ? I sat down and she didn't ask me anything. In 15 min she was doneThe hand nails had a bad finishing and a impatient guy that was very friendly, however had no attention to details and when I was requesting things he didn't like. It's cost me $75 for half of what I asked.I'm Latina and the nails done in a Latin environment is way more detailed, cared and looking good.If you want cheap material and fast service so this is where you should go.A normal nails will last just a couple days before starts peeling off.

The girl who did my nails was super sweet. I love my nails and I’ve been getting loads ofcompliments on them. Acrylics + design costs 85$. Would definitely recommend.

This was the worst waxing experience I have ever had. I was so sad and disappointed that I felt like I wasted my money. The waxing was done in a hurry as though she was in a rush to be somewhere else thereby not completely removing the hair and she was not careful with my skin. I came with my friend and she told me to tell them I was not happy with the work done. After I showed another lady the poor work done on my face she totally dismissed my complaint. My friend apologized to me because she brought me here for the first time and they did such a sloppy job.The wait time was also ridiculous, I had to wait for over 40mins past my appointment time before I was attended to. I noticed they were overbooked because so many others were waiting past their appointment time too. I will definitely not be going back!!

Best nail salon ive been to so far. Tried other places, kept coming back here. The place is super clean and the workers are punctual and very skilled. Every single design I've asked for has been executed perfectly, and unlike other nail techs I've met that are pushy with their opinions these techs offer suggestions for your nails but never pressure you into doing what THEY want; they respect your decision. Extremely professional, prices very reasonable for the quality they produce. Nails last forever too: I've had a set for about 4 1/2 weeks now and they're still solid (although they might need to be filled soon). Will definitely keep going here, even when I move to Ottawa.

Not too happy. It was done too fast. Nails are not cut straight? Nail polish applied to fast and missing area and over at other place. See pictures. Last my skin is dry and I feel the need to find the colour at pharmacy to re finished myself ☹️.

Hit and miss with this place. Not going there after my last visit. Any question or request was taken with aggression by the young lady that did the refill. When i questioned that my reals nails would be left under the fake nail untreated (ugly) i decided to just redo the nails (take off old, cut mine very short, put new ones on) - she very aggressively took the old nails off (painful) with no regard to damage to my own nails. Very disappointed. They just care about quick cash in, no care for quality whatsoever.

Very satisfied with the service and my nails! She was very attentive to detail comparing each nails with both hands to make sure they were all even! Will definitely come back.

Rude. They make up prices. I had gel nails removed. As i sat down I first asked the guy how much? He totally ignored me. I guessed there was a language barrier. He used a nail clipper and a plastic nail extension to peel off my gel nails. No product was wasted. No acetone or anything. They charge a stupid amount plus tax. Last time I came they billed 10$ + tax. The nasty girl behind counter had the guts to say we can’t remember how much we charge every client". These people are money hungry greedy soulless angrily jerks. I cant believe people waste their money there. They are rough too and pull your hands"
