Sweepscience Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Fitness

Amazing club with great coaches! My son has been a member for nearly 6 years and the impact on him has been noticeable. He’s been developing confidence and self-control. He has lots of fun with the coaches and other members.

My son is in the kids program and I'm in the adult program at Sweep Science. Both programs are excellent examples of what jiu jitsu should be. It's such a welcoming environment there for kids and adults alike. The technical instruction is broken down very well for any level of bjj practitioner. There are no egos. The gym is always clean. Everyone trains with a high level of respect for their training partners. If you've ever thought about trying bjj I very strongly encourage you to try this gym as it's an amazing environment for growth both on and off the mat.

We had our 5 yr old twins enrolled in John's class for the first time this winter. They absolutely loved it. The boys were able to get straight to grappling (which they love) while learning to listen better and develop self-discipline (which they learned to tolerate :) ) .... I would recommend Sweep Science to any parent looking for an amazing martial art for their kids.

I am from out of town, and decided to try the morning class this morning, and I was very happy that I did. The gym has an excellent atmosphere, where people just come to learn, hangout, and have fun. Sean taught a great class and Kevin kept everyone in stitches. Kept up the great work guys.

The instructors at Sweepscience are very knowledgeable, and the students are very welcoming! The classes are well taught and structured in a way to facilitate a positive learning environment, no big egos just a relaxed group that bases their success on the success of others around them. The students and the instructor were happy to answer any of my questions about techniques that being taught. I attend the adult classes, and my daughter attends the kid's classes.The kids class is well formatted, and my wife and I already see and love the changes we've seen in her since the beginning. John and his instructors have a way to pull the best out of each child while building their skills and confidence. You won't find a higher level of commitment than the one the guys at Sweepscience have when it comes to the personal growth of every student there.

Excellent kids program! My little 6 year old girl just joined and she LOVES it! Excellent adult program! Very inclusive environment! I called out of the blue with zero martial arts experience and was welcomed to start immediately. I instantly felt like a long time member of the club. Lots of mat time. Lots of fun!

It’s hard to put into words how sweep science has helped my son. In 3 years his confidence, physical health, mental health and overall happiness has increased beyond measure. The coaches are next level. Caring, knowledgeable and more importantly they hold the kids to a higher level of discipline. I would definitely recommend, and have many times, this club to anyone looking for exercise, fun, discipline and an overall great BJJ experience.

Sweep science is a great place to learn Jiu-Jitsu. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone is super nice and great to train with. There are no egos and everyone helps each other out in order to make each other better. John is also a great instructor. He explains each technique in great detail and welcomes questions. He also takes the time to watch you and has suggestions to help your game. I wouldn’t train anywhere else.
