Exceptional Service! My regular computer service technician vaporized into thin air for days, leaving me with an unsolved issue. My new computer store in Orillia. Not only was the staff there extra courteous, but were able to fulfill my computer needs at a very fair price. Found an adapter there for $40 where anywhere else I was looking was $60 or more. I will be building a desktop soon...guess who's going to be my computer store for parts?

Wanted $160 to just take a look at my PC and diagnose what was wrong with it, despite being told what was wrong with it and what needed to be done to it, literally would have taken 30 minutes of work. If you get work done here, chances are you are going to be price gouged.

I went there 3 weeks ago for updating the window for my hp laptop. They fixed it but when i came home and turned it on the screen of my laptop was blinking i was watching netflix and the screens blinked every time then i went back they kept my laptop again and fixed it then again i came home same thing happened. I watched Netflix whenever i pressed any button on keypad the screen blinked. I spent almost $170 for nothing they did nothing even damage my hp’s screen. Please don’t go there.

I have an old Lenovo laptop. It stopped charging so we took it into Elite. They sent it away, assessed the problem and had it back to me in no time flat, repaired and much cleaner than when I sent it. VERY HAPPY!!
