Dr. Loewen is absolutely amazing. I just moved here from Ontario and spent forever looking for a new family doctor. I have NEVER had a family doctor that genuinely cares as much as she does. She is extremely intelligent, comforting, and well spoken. She pays close attention to detail, and focuses on very specific things in order to cater her care to each patient. She always makes time to discuss any concerns I have. She usually runs on time within 10 minutes of the appointment which is quite amazing.I actually got my boyfriend to go get her as a family doctor, which is an accomplishment as men don’t always love to get a doctor lol. All it took was him hearing about a conversation I’d had with her and he was in!12/10 recommend.

Windermere Medical Clinic (Dr. Randy Wadhawan)We moved to Abbotsford 7 years ago & had difficulty finding a family doctor. After 2 years on a waiting list we finally found him. Dr. Randy Wadhawan is nothing less than excellent. His warm, friendly approach is so appreciated. He listens & explains medical details in a clear, precise manner. He suggests options & I especially appreciate the fact that he respects my misgivings in regards to pharmaceuticals. He will seek alternatives to see if there is another option. When in doubt, he does his research & never gives up on me. He is truly a gift. The Windermere Clinic is fortunate to have such a dedicated Doctor on their team.

I am absolutely thrilled to be a new patient of Dr Loewen's. She made me feel so comfortable after our first meeting. She asked a lot of questions and gave answers to all my questions, something I have never had before. Finally I have someone to explain lab results! She listened to my concerns and set a plan in place for treatment. She is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate about the health and wellbeing of her patients. I know I am in good hands with Dr Loewen.

Dr. Loewen is incredible. Undoubtedly the best doctor in Abbotsford with excellent patient care.But, the clinic is oddly and poorly managed. They don't have an email so you must print and hand deliver any files you need to share with the doctor. Plus, they frequently don't answer the phone during the limited office hours, and the demeanor of the office staff is often helpful both on the phone and in person.Having Dr. Loewen as your physician makes having to deal with the clinic worthwhile, but I not so secretly hope that she moves offices or that the service improves.

Dr. Wadhawan is the best Dr I’ve ever had. He is thorough, knowledgeable and he really cares about his patients as reflected in his bedside manner. If you’re lucky enough to have him as your Dr you’ll be well taken care of.

After nearly 2 years of trying to find a new doctor in Abbotsord and having our names on several waiting lists, my wife and I finally received a phone call inviting us to attend the Windermere Medical Clinic and meet Dr. Randy Wadhawan. We immediately sensed a special relationship was about to begin. In my 50 plus years of adult life I have had several doctors but without a doubt the best one is Dr. Wadhawan. Not only is he truly dedicated to his profession, he is personable, empathetic, and a great communicator (he listens!). He has now been our family physician for five years and we couldn’t be happier.

I always have a good and successful experience when I see my Physician, Dr. Randy Wadhawan.Dr. Randy as I refer to him is one of the most efficient and caring Doctor’s I have had in many years. He listens, is patient, supportive, and makes me feel very comfortable no matter what the diagnose is.If I could give him a 10 Star Rating, I would.I honestly can’t say enough about him.Thank you “Dr. Randy” for the great work you do!

I looked for many years for a family doctor and hit the jackpot when I found Dr Loewen. She is such a caring, thoughtful and knowledgeable doctor. She explains the results of my tests in terms that I understand and includes me, my concerns and opinions, in decisions regarding my healthcare. I always feel that my health is in good hands with Dr Loewen, she truly cares about her patients.

Phone appts are very poorly handled...if you pick up and call is dropped you are sol...no second calls allowed...when call is immediately returned no answer...it's a one shot deal..makes thes phone appts redun dant...communication is sometimes terrible as wrong instructions seem to occur between staff dr and clients....

We are not at all happy with the receptionists at this clinic. They are not friendly, completely not professional and make us feel like we bother them. My husband has to go through an unbearable nerve pain in his lower back for 4-5 months and really needed help from our family doctor and his staff. They said it is an emergency case and yet they never followed up with us. My husband was unable to move and was rushed to the ER where the ER Dr asked us to go back to our family dr for a referral. We called the receptionist to book an appointment to see our family dr as my husband was incapacitated and they booked him a week later for an ER case! When we were refered to the specialist, the receptionist told us that we had to wait for 2 years to see him! And I told them many times this is an emergency case. All they said were: ' I am sorry, nothing we can do'. ( In fact, yes there are lots of things they can do!) I had to ask them to provide the specialist's information and contacted myself. Within 3 days continuing calling and explaining how my husband's condition getting worse, I was in touch with the specialist and rushed my husband for surgery within 10days! If the receptionists had the work ethnic and had the heart for the patients, they would have helped us. But apparently, they didn't care! We were waiting at their office and many times I heard them talking and chatting with one another and laughing. But they say they are too busy and receiving far too many phone calls! That is unbelievable! I would give them 'NO STAR', would not recommend!
