They have very good service, at reasonable prices and friendly customer service. They have fixed my laptop before and I have no complaints except that they do not seem to be reliable when it comes to opening hours; on weekdays they open at 11AM, at least in theory, sometimes they do not open till 12 so customers waste their time coming to have a repair done or pick up an item because the business is closed

They have all the ingredients for good repair service: clear and regular communication with no surprises, fast turnaround and good price. I spilled a drink on my laptop and spoke to several shops before picking these guys. They let me bring it in immediately and told me about how much it was gonna cost and about how long to fix it (1-2 days). They even called me the next day to provide a detailed update on how things were going, what was broken and when I'd get it back. Cost exactly what they said it would and staff is friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend

I woke up this morning in Montreal to find that my computer wouldn't start. Most of my business is conducted by email and I needed it fixed (if possible) immediately. I raced over to Staples (suggested by my hotel) and they told me they would send it out tomorrow to look at... which was too late. So I found Andromeda on Yelp, and it was the best stroke of luck I've had this week.The owner, Kosai, answered my call and told me to bring him my computer. He took my computer into the back, did some diagnostics, and fixed it in ten minutes. Amazing sevice. And a super-nice guy. Cost was CAD 60 to repair it. I'm using it now to gratefully write this review.

My computer is making a loud noice because the fan is not working properly. The fan is replaced with a freshly ordered one and it was fixed quickly after the order was delivered. My computer is also cleaned which is very nice to have it back seeing it like a new one. Overall the service is very friendly and nice! I had a nice and pleasant experience.

Excellent service!! My broken phone was fixed and upgraded for a great price on the same day! They have exceeded our expectations as they took time out of their scheduled hours to come fix my friend's heavy television at her home. Honestly these guys are first class and super courteous and competent. They are by no doubt a 5-star and 100/100! Thanks Andromeda!

This place is great! I really recommend their services, as they are not only quick and reliable, but also very friendly. I had a problem with my SSD, and in less than one day they replaced it and backed up all my data perfectly. The price was also affordable, compared to other stores that would charge much more just for a diagnostic.

A very professional and competent technology workshop. They were able to pinpoint the issue on my computer and were able to fix it very efficiently, rather than having to change a big part of the internals on my computer. I strongly recommend if you have any issues with your laptop or other similar devices.

I moved recently to Montreal and it’s very hard to find such a place that literally fix any issues you have instead of wasting money and buy new devices. They are always my first choice for any problems I have on my phone or laptop.The working hours are just perfect even when I need their tech support, I call them and ask for help.Price is also logical and make it way cheaper than other places.Very recommended
