Very unprofessional. I got braces from this “dentist” and had them for about 2 years and noticed there was no progress being made. One day when cutting the wire from the back of my braces, she cut my gums extremely deep. I told her to take the braces off and that I was going somewhere else. She refused and I went somewhere else. They happily took the braces off and told me that this “dentist” actually made my teeth worse than they were to begin with and ordered me custom braces that were actually meant for me and I am now almost done with my treatment! Was even told that the braces Dr. C put on we’re not the right ones for me and ordered from China (which explains why everything took so long to come in!) She even knows she messed up because I got a cheque in the mail with all my money back after I threaten to sue her. The cleaning lady was nice tho I will say that. Even one of her old receptionist privately messaged me after quitting and told me she was crazy.

My experience with lakeside Dental and the team has always been exceptional. Any questions or concerns about the cleanings/fillings have always been answered clearly and honestly. The team always takes the utmost care, asks if you're comfortable, explains what procedure is taking place and if there are any further recommendations.I've personally known Dr. Cybulski since I was 12 years old when I began braces. The entire process was professional and the results were amazing. I continue to have cleanings and maintenance check-ups done with her and the team.I highly recommend Lakeside Dental to everyone.

Lakeside dental is a really great dental office. Staff are friendly and the care is exceptional. They make you feel comfortable and they are great with kids too. Lakeside also supports the local community in Woodstock by sponsoring the soccer club as well. I highly recommend Lakeside Dental. If you’re looking for a new dentist check them out!

I have had extreme dental anxiety my whole life. The staff at this office put me at ease. I have never been to a more caring dentist, until now. The whole team at lakeside treated me with exceptional care, compassion and professionalism. They took care of my insurance issues and explained my plan coverage to me. I have never had anyone do that for me before. I walked out smiling and feeling better than before! In my books, they deserve more than 5 stars. I can’t wait to see dr cybulski and her team again!

I am on Disability and was told they had their quota.Quotas are a lie so I can only assume they found me undesirable as a patient.I wouldn't want to be treated by dishonest people anyway.Bad form Lakeside Dental.Bad Form!

Just recently became a patient as per recommendation of a coworker. I am extremely pleased with my experience at this office. It is very clean, staff is more than professional but also very compassionate. I appreciate that they direct bill my insurance since it saves me the hassle of doing it myself. All the ladies who work there care for you as if you’re family. I will be recommending this office to everyone I know. Thank you all for everything!
