Went here on a Friday night — wasn’t very busy and somehow the service was HORRIBLE. Just went for drinks, and we would order 2 drinks and after 20-30 minutes, we would finally get ONE drink, then wait another 20 minutes for the second one. Then you’d have to wait 40 min to even get checked up on if you wanted more. I got 3 drinks in 3 hours of being there (I can drink much faster than that!). For the prices of the cocktails ($13-17) you would expect a lot better. And the cocktails were nothing special. The server seemed lost. Please hire some staff that knows what’s going on. Nice atmosphere which bumps it up to a 2 star (being generous) other wise it’s a hard 1 (0 really). Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go here.

Been a couple times since they have opened. Have tried different drinks and food menu options both times. Everything tried there has tasted amazing. The chefs make great food and bartenders make awesome drinks! The staff are all super friendly and helpful with any questions. Will be visiting again!

I enjoyed a wonderful atmosphere on the roof, with downtown views, lights wrapped around the patio area, flower pots, and wooden tables and chairs ✨Very friendly service, cute and tasty charcuterie board / olives to go with your choice of cocktails... It was the tastiest mojito I had in a while!!! Also attaching a bourbon drink I tried, which was very good too!Plus, an opportunity to go downstairs to listen to local talent!The only thing, I know it is a very new bar, but I hope there will be more glasses for water and drinks - plastic cups are a bit wasteful and really do not match the vibe. Hope they are temporary :)

We came across this sweet location the other afternoon. The rooftop patio had a chill vibe. There were lavish drinks on the menu, we tried the New York, New York. A cute touch was the hand pick garnish for the drink. It would have been nice if all of the drinks on the menu were available on the roof top, perhaps in time :) Thanks for the cool experience.

Went to Darling Bar Thursday after work with coworkers. The drinks were tasty and the vibe was relaxed. Will definitely make it a regular after work destination.

Pretty cool spot! Nice atmosphere on the lower level, some good cocktails on the menu, and a rooftop patio! The patio is a bit small, but it gets the job done. I appreciate the fact that the music wasn't too loud, and the service was very good. I will definitely return to try out the food.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at Darling this weekend. They offer some fun drinks and a unique menu. Definitely worth the price! If you’re looking for a hip atmosphere with friendly staff in the heart of the exchange, I would definitely check out Darling!We will be back!

Lovely space, friendly staff and delicious cocktails and food. Try the prosciutto tartiner or the bao buns. Generous portions and extremely tasty! We had a great time and didn’t find the service unreasonably slow for a very busy bar. If you want fast service and cheap drinks go to pony corral. Nice evening out at Darling Bar. We’ll be back
