1. Called 5 times to finally able to make an appointment2. Very nice and Fast Service during Diagnosis and good pricing for diagnosis3. Came back with Pricing for needed Parts quickly, but they are 40% more expensive than Staples (at least for the part I need)4. Was wrongfully accused and told I know what you are trying to do

I would highly recommend this company. I had a Canon printer that was not grabbing the paper any more and they came to take a look at it. The service man was very honest and told me he has seen this problem before. He took it away to work on it. He was unable to fix it and gave me free diagnostics.
