Literally the last insurance company you would want to deal with. Incompetent is the kindest word I can use to describe how Co-operators operates. Additionally, when other insurance companies were offering adequate refunds on car insurance policies during the pandemic lockdown, Co-operators only gave customers back a few dollars. It was reported on the local news how out of touch Co-operators refunds were with reality. Greed and incompetence seems to be their modus operendi.

It's good company but The amount I pay is high even though I did not get any violation or accident. When I asked about the reason, the employee answered that the evaluation is sometimes based on the number of accidents in the region or city in which I live. Am I responsible for the accidents that occurred in my neighborhood? I would like to reconsider the matter .

Good rates, great service. Lynn Tremblay, Has Helped me alot, she has always treated me as a person, and as such understands that life happens. she's great. Also I've been with other insurance companies before, that when you need them, they won't help. When I needed the cooperators they helped me and followed through right to the end. Can't recommend them enough!
