Digby Campground

This was a great campground and perfect base to explore Digby and the area around with day trips to Yarmouth and Annapolis Royal. Hosts Debra and Jeff were friendly and helpful with great tour suggestions. The facilities are all brand new and spotless. The sites are not large, but having the fireplace patio area to relax in the evening or for a morning coffee in front of the pond made up for that. Highly recommend this campground.

We were so pleased to have found the Digby Campground. We originally had reservations at another campground, but it was dirty, unkempt, and the trails were overrun with weeds. The bathroom facilities were limited, too. The Digby Campground was a welcome relief. The bathrooms and showers were so clean (I probably overdid my time in the shower), and there were plenty of stalls. We loved our view and the convenient walking trail into town (our dog loved that too). It is obvious that the owners have put their heart and soul into this place. We would return and recommend this place to anyone.

I discovered Digby campground to be very enjoyable and friendly. Jeff and Deborah are full of life and just want to make sure you are comfortable and informed of the area.The sites are very clean and set up for a nice view. Showers a little tight but very clean. And a very enjoyable outdoor social area with games, fire pots and lots of comfortable chairs.We have to say this was the best services, stop/layover of our trip.Next time we want to stay longer...

June 14, 2023. Jeff & Deborah, the new owners have done a marvelous job with so many improvements. The camp grounds are spotless and well kept. Good WiFi and cell service. Deborah, was so helpful explaining all the sights to see and good restaurants to enjoyed. We liked it so well that we stayed an extra day. We would highly recommend Digby Campground and the Digby area, so much to enjoy.Gordon & Susie

This campground is awesome, and the new owners Jeff and Deborah are so sweet, Salt of the Earth" kind of folks. We stayed with our Airstream travel trailer and Tesla on our trip to our summer cottage. We needed to charge the Tesla and found the power at our site was faulty. Jeff was quick to remedy the problem and Deborah suggested another site to park in to charge the car. It all worked out great. The rehab they have done on the site is spectacular

Excellent site! VERY clean campground and facilities! Walking distance to downtown. Across the street from a pretty little bay to watch the +20' tides come and go. Only minor drawback for some might be no site" campfire pits

This is a quiet, friendly campground within walking distance of town. At the edge of the grounds, you can rock/shell hunt at low tide. When the tide comes in, you can sit on the large deck and enjoy the view!

This is a great campground and I would book again without hesitation. The attention to detail that the owners have is great. Everything is clean and welcoming. I hated the idea of a communal firepit until we got here. Plenty of comfy Adirondack chairs and the people were very welcoming. It made for a great camping experience. We had met most of the campers by the end of the weekend.

We stayed 5 days at the end of June on site 37. The site was level.The campground is immaculate. The new owners have done an amazing job updating every aspect of the campground. There is a patio overlooking the water with Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and outdoor games.The washrooms and laundry are modern and tastefully updated.The wifi works great.The location is convenient to the ferry, restaurants, grocery stores, pet supplies, etc. The campground is perfectly located for daytripping.The owners are friendly and helpful.I highly recommend this campground.
