Excellent customer service, friendly staff. The store is stocked for all your needs from babies to the adult. The store size is impressive with so many choices and gift ideas it is a must visit if you are in the market for a toy or a gift. They also have baby and young children clothes. The store and parking are wheelchair accessible and parking is ample. The location is also convenient with reasonable proximity to the 401. Four stars for staff friendliness and store organization.

I regularly visit the Toys “R” Us stores and find the Mississauga Hurontario location to be the best one by far. The staff always treat you with respect, are friendly and willing to help and make sure you find what you’re looking for. GREAT STAFF! There is one staff member that truly needs to be recognized. Dipali works as a cashier her customer service is beyond exceptional. Always happy makes you feel special, and you can’t help but leave with a smile. This woman is truly outstanding We need more like her……

The worst store. There is a tall black man following you around and trying to intimidating you acting like a boss. I wonder how the manager does not see that letting the employees acting like that like they own the store.worst costumer service. I would never go back again dealing with them

Awesome effort to find dollhouse for grandchild. Over the top work by the staff to find one in Oakville and put directions on our phone despite leaking roof and internet not working. BRAVO

Went to toys r us, was almost closed and they still let me in. Staff was great from manager to cashier.Especially KAREN she's the best, make sure to ask for her when visiting store and in need of any assistance

I love checking online for the time they close(6pm Sunday). Then telling my small child that we are going to the store to buy a toy. Only to arrive a few minutes after 5 and seeing a crowd of different groups of people trying to enter the store but cannot. Having a girl who worked there that had brown hair basically ignore us all. Then having to tell my small child we are not going to the store and dealing with a massive melt down. It would have been less annoying if we were not ignored apologized to for the the wrong time online and they will let the manager know to fix it. Also when you have a small child you check the times things are open so as not to end up in a melt down please fix your hours.

AWESOME LOCATION OF TOYS R US!! PLACE IS KEPT CLEAN, MEANING THE FLOORS!! ONLY DOWNSIDE ARE THE PRICES, CRAZY EXPENSIVE!! SOME SPECIFIC RC CARS WHICH THEY SELL, YOU CAN ACTUALLY GET THEM AT WALMART FOR LIKE 2-3 TIMES CHEAPER!! BUT STILL, TOYS R US HAS MANY UNIQUE TOYS, WHICH WALMART DOESN'T!! THIS MAKES IT AN IDEAL PLACE FOR GIFTS!!!

Customer service is always pleasant, staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The problem is often with their variety of inventory or lack there of upon every visit. There needs to be better organization of aisles let alone select brands.
