My Indesit washer dryer had let me down for the first time in 5 years and I was really stuck. I called Pete and quickly arranged a date for him to come out and fix the broken door handle. Our 3 1/2 year old AEG dishwasher suddenly stopped working and after checking for obvious blockages I tried to phone AEG help. After being held on answerphone twice for 20 minutes each time, being told I was a valued customer, I was cut off. An email failed to get any response either so I searched the web and found Pete Faulkner and his customer reviews. I don’t believe all I read but decided to call Pete to see if he could help. He arrived at our home at the agreed time, listened to our experience when the machine stopped working and then quickly located and sorted the problem, all for a very reasonable call out fee. Brilliant service and I wouldn’t hesitate call on on Pete’s services in the future. Highly recommended.

Pete was able to take a look at our washing machine just 48 hours after we contacted him, advising us to check the manufacturer's recall list first. He was on-time and thorough, and gave us an honest diagnosis and temporary repair. We'd highly recommend him.

Pete was absolutely brilliant not only did he fix the job we required he also cleaned out the machine, which we thought was clean, plus gave us loads of hints on how to keep it in tip top condition. Very pleased
