One star only as I have no other option. In June of 2019 I experienced a flood in my unit which happened when they were pressure washing the exterior of the residences at the outback. For the second time my unit flooded when routine pressure washing of the exterior was taking place on the unit above me. It was literally raining from my ceiling. I immediately called gateway to report my emergency at approximately 1 pm in the afternoon on a weekday and there was no reply. I tracked down some maintenance workers at the outback and was advised to call Gateway. I continued to leave Gateway voicemail messages and also sent them emails marked URGENT I am experiencing a flood and still nothing. In did receive a phone call at approx 5 pm from Gateway that afternoon. Was advised Gateway experienced an emergency and that is why they did not answer the phone or return my emails. I again spoke to Gateway the next day later in the afternoon as I had some questions (as this was our 2nd flood under there exact same circumstances) and I was told (yelled at) that I will pay all costs, that this individual was to stressed and important and not to call again. This individual then went on holidays. During this individuals holiday there was no one for my insurance company to deal with etc. and I received no service from Gateway during this period. There were no other employees of the Kelowna office so that I could affect my repairs in a timely manner. My insurance agent was told had to wait for this individual to return from holidays. Most telling of all is the company who was performing the pressure washing on behalf of Gateway when my flood occurred followed up with me in person to say how sorry they were that this happened, if I needed anything, etc. In other words, just being decent and kind. Never heard a word or received any communication from Gateway regarding my flood, their employees behaviour, nothing

The services provided were excellent. The results were fast and my broker Meri Lizdek treated us very well.

Gateway has always gone above and beyond everytime I have had interactions with them. The fastest response for any issues I have as an owner they make me feel like I am thier only client. Meri and Gerhard are fair, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. After dealing with other strata mgmt companies in the past, I can only hope to always have Gateway in the future, so professional.
