Best pool guys in the business. If you have a pool do yourself a favour and book these guys in for maintenance. Superb service.

My experience was similar to the last review. I had a pool leak. I called Chris on a Friday morning. He told me he couldn't come that day but would come by on Monday. Sure enough first thing on Monday morning Chris arrived. The problem with pool leaks is that they aren't easy to locate. It could be the pool itself, in the pipes that are below the deck surface or in the pool mechanics about ground. Chris narrowed it problem down by testing different areas. Each time he showed up he also fixed other things that needed to be corrected. It took about a week and my pool was operating better than ever. The bill was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

I would rate Christhe owner of Barbacoa" a 0 based on his attitude! I called him and the way he handles his business is very rude and unprofessional. He is so full of himself and talks down to people with a very bad attitude. Luckily we found a great person with a fantastic attitude that has helped us right away with 1/3 of the pricing Barbacoa gave us. The quote that Chris gave us without checking the issue was ridiculous and even with that he didn't even bother calling back to book a house visit because he mentioned I'm BUSY 3 Times. Best of luck to you if you are hiring him to run your pool. Don't be disappointed if he never shows up or bothers to answer your calls."

I question the validity of some of the reviews here. In my fairly lengthy experience with Barbacoa I witnessed disorganization, faults, failures and a man who runs the business like a real jerk. On occasion there was a nice guy hired to clean...on occasion. One guy would park in my driveway, blocking the family cars. We had to ask him to move his car many times. Pretty much all of them would leave the gate open, in spite of the Please Close Gate because of Dog" sign."

Do not skip over this company because of the rude reviews! I had a massive leak in my pool system and I cannot appreciate this company enough for helping me the day of (I called him in the morning and he showed up at noon). The owner was a stand up guy, and he fixed the leak issue, explained what was wrong as well as help fix the other issues that he saw were failing in the pool system. He took 2 hours out of his busy day to help and I cannot say enough! I even tried to tip him and he wouldn't accept, so trust that you're in good hands when you call this company!

Can't say enough about this company. I'm not super handy and they have talked me through a few pool issues over the phone, which I was able to successfully resolve myself with their help. Other issues that required their attention were dealt with quickly and professionally. I would recommend them whole heartedly.

Just called and even though he was busy he took the time to try to help over the phone. Appreciate that!
