It has been great using MaidPro’s cleaning services to keep my place cleaned and organized beyond what I can do myself as daily maintenance. To have someone with a professional eye prioritize and deep clean areas that are sometimes overlooked is refreshing, and gives me the peace of mind that my place is always in great shape!

This was my first time using MaidPro. The two girls I was sent were very friendly & worked efficiently cleaning our condo top to bottom. We were very happy with the results. I highly recommend this service.

Our Pros have been True, Petunia, and Fern and they have always been thorough, courteous, and consistent. Whenever we’ve reached out to the admin team, the replies have been prompt and attentive. I wanted a deep clean of my unit ready for my tenants to move in to. To note, I was willing to pay for convenience of a maid service while I could handle the other logistics of moving to a new city.MaidPro quickly responded and booked my unit for a cleaning, which I do appreciate.I had high expectations given the numerous positive reviews on Google and the price I would pay (~$340 for 2 bed, 1 bath). The maids responsible for cleaning my unit did not arrive within the proposed time window and I had to follow up with the owner regarding when they would arrive (was also charged a travel fee, which wasn't discussed with me prior).As for quality of work done, it was okay. However, I did have to nudge here and there regarding certain areas that needed a touch-up. Moreover, one of the maids broke my fridge shelf. Although, I understand accidents do happen, it is important to clean with utmost care if a client is paying for it. I do thank and commend Jenn (the owner) for ordering a replacement shelf and re-ordering the shelf when the wrong model was sent. I just wish this ordeal could have been avoided as what was supposed to be a convenient service turned into unnecessary stress added to moving out. I am aware that MaidPro offers a reclean, but I declined due to timing and that I don't want to risk anything else being broken.As I am paying for quality and convenience of service, I wasn't satisfied with the service overall. This was my first time using a cleaning service and will probably be my last. It's better to save some money by taking a vacation day to clean the unit top to bottom.

I have been using this cleaning service for 4+ months now. In comparison to other companies I have used this one has proven to very inconsistent. Cleans vary greatly, as do the teams they send to my home. I have been patient in the process and have provided feedback along the way but I haven't seen any material improvements. Time to find another company.

Mikayla and Maris are doing a fantastic job. The price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. This is a very professional and comprehensive service with excellent customer service.
