I had a very bad experience in dealing with them. They gave me CPAP machine which was recalled my Phillips and no replacement was given to me. After 6 months without machine, I called Canadian Home Healthcare and they gave me another machine. The new machine is unable to transmit sleep data to the company and now company is asking me $95 for fixing this issue. My questions are: I was out of machine and deprive of good sleep who is responsible for that and that period should not be included in warrantee and why new machine comes without any warrantee? This is clear example of cheating and unprofessional attitude.

Horrible horrible customer service. If you can go anywhere else, I suggest never dealing with this company. They do not honour their word or value their customer or their loyalty. Been waiting to get a machine (s11) for more than a year. And their representative John informed me recently that the company is adding additional (admin) fees on top of whatever you’re paying out of pocket. They added this fee a month ago and didn’t even let their customers waiting for machines know. They could’ve given me a choice to purchase an older model (s10) before the fees were implemented, but they even took that choice from me. I requested to have me grandfathered in for an exception as I could’ve easily purchased from another vendor but I was told I could wait until 1 was available. I’ve been giving them my business for many years worth of masks and hose but I guess making an extra buck is more important than retaining a loyal customer. 0/5 stars

A note on this company: their Google hours may not reflect their availability to answer calls, as they were able to help me after a phone call despite the listing stating closed." I had a great experience this week. As I have been affected by the worldwide recall on Phillips devices

The moment I talked to the receptionist, I knew this was going to go down hill. I was referred to them by my specialist. Went in, talked to receptionist and all he was interested in was booking a appointment for a month free trial (they all provide that fyi) since this would be my first CPAP machine. My father was with me and was due for an upgrade for his machine. After multiple request to let him see the machines they carry and to get a quote, he went to the back to see if he can get us someone to sit down with (at first he wanted us to just look at a display case that only housed 2 machines, one of them being a portable one that is not even covered by government in any part, no masks or hoses to look at and locked behind a glass case, anything more in depth, he wanted us to book an appointment which would be for a training and them giving a machine for 1 month trail, would take 1 hour and 45 minutes, according to him, and pretty much mean we were buying from them.). After a while, we got called in by a sales person". Sat down in his office and I felt I was in the middle of a car sales pitch. He was not making much sense to a first time buyer

Ive been dealing with canadian home healthcare since 2017 and have always received the best in customer service. Options were carefully explained so that i could make the decisions based on my individual needs. Supplies are available when needed, no wait times. The staff are professional and friendly. It was such a great relief right on the first time use itself and amazingly they were able to adjust the values to the CPAP machine Dreamstation 2 remotely to customize it so made me more comfortable.
