I am an authorized installer and a certified Plumber for 43 years.Be careful when buying this product because if your Plumber installs it and you have a problem with it during the warranty periodyou will be stuck with the labour bill as Canature Water Group do not honour any labour payment for repair of defective products under the warranty period.So you as the owner will be stuck with the repair bill from yourPlumber even if the product is under warranty.

Crooks!Buyers beware!I bought a whole home RO system less than 2 years ago from this company which costed a small fortune. It has continuously plugged up having gone through 6 membrane filters now. I’ve promptly sent water samples as requested and all I have gotten for responses are “it should work”. They are denying warranty on my latest filter because I “installed without further trouble shooting. Even though I simply did what they have told me to do for the previous 5 filters. Now all of a sudden when I ask for a refund on the system I need a $1700 water softener that will hopefully resolve the issue apparently. I’ve been waiting for a month for this to come in and when I call them they have no record of the order and my local plumbing store shows that they ordered it a month ago. Customer service and tech support have been no help at all and not apologetic whatsoever. I’ve had to run unfiltered, non drinkable water through my house for the last month now. Hard to get a hold of and just plain arrogant. I’ve spent hours replacing filters and redoing fittings that start leaking after filters plug off. For how much money I had to spend it has been an absolute nightmare.

I have never been happier! My water tastes so much better and my wife won’t stop raving about her hair. I felt very informed on the product and the difference I would experience. Never going back to having unfiltrated city water into my home!

The most inept company I have ever worked with. Don't waste your time with Canature and their cheap and unreliable systems. Customer service is horrible, the commercial reps are clueless and don't back up what they tell you. Canature does not stand behind their systems. I wish I had never carried their product.

UPDATE:I made two errors in my original posting about the firm behind the SM4 gravity water filtration system: The documentation for assembly and cleaning the system is available from the manufacturer's web site. Secondly, the promised cleaning kit was supplied as promised, I just overlooked it until recently. So, my judgement of the folks managing the Rainfresh brand was unfair, and ill-advised.I unreservedly apologize to the Rainfresh team and the brand owner.Buy it with confidence, and keep the money in Canada !
