Joelle is incredible! I just had my second Brazilian wax with her and I am honestly so impressed, I am officially a sugar convert. I noticed a huge difference in the coarseness and overall thickness of hair regrowth after just the first time!! Further, Joelle is so friendly, easy to talk to and has made me so comfortable during the service and to top it all of the space is so cute (love the pink wallpaper) and very clean! I am so so happy that I found her, could not recommend her more!!

I had my first Brazilian last night and Joelle’s technique made it as painless as possible. I left there in no pain and knowing I was coming back. She also waxed my eyebrows and made them look the best I’ve ever seen them!! Joelle made me feel like I was a long time client and made the experience so comfortable. I have done waxing and sugaring on and off for many years. I started sugaring only (rather than waxing) over a year ago; I have been to a few salons across Ottawa for this service.Based on my experience, I can really say that Joelle definitely knows what she is doing and performs a fast and thorough service. Her prices are great considering how well-versed and knowledgeable she is.She also takes the time to explain after-care tips and really cares about her clients.I would wholeheartedly recommend seeing Joelle for any sugaring service! She is always in a positive mood, and she is very knowledgeable in her practice.
