Guelph Transit

The drivers are so rude. They take up the back of the 4 and act as if you're invading their private space. I think children under 12 should ride for free. Where can they legally go by themselves at 10? Nowhere.

The decline of consistency is staggering especially as most have pointed out number 8,however the drivers do return forgotten items frequently.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst customer service ever, with absolute a**hole drivers. The bus drivers could not care less if you're standing outside and knocking on the door to be let in, they just drive off without a care. I've had cases where the bus never even came to my stop, and I never got a reply to my email complaint. Today, just to add another example, I signalled to stop at my regular bus stop that's very close to my house (kortright and gordon). Instead the driver slowed down, then continued onto gordon, which is quite further away from my house. Not sure who drove bus 207, on route 58U, at 4:50ish, but he needs to learn that the 'stop request' sign means to stop at the next location not to the location thats convenient to him. Guelph, please hire more competent bus drivers.

I thought I would take your service on my day off and didn't even make my transfer. Not only was the driver late by three minutes ( 10 Imperial road bus was supposed to arrive at 9:28). He was socializing with a passenger for half the ride. When I protested I missed my transfer. He told me I should learn the schedule. Great customer service. If it wasn't for people like me. You wouldn't have a job, thank you.

Bus goes on detour. Twitter announcement. Facebook announcement. Updated alerts on website. Actual bus driver I don't know anything about that." WHAT??!!Should really not be charging so much when the actual service is so

Completely unusable for anyone who needs to get to work on time. Buses run on an inconsistent schedule or just don't show up at all. Regular people face consequences when they're late for work, but Guelph Transit drivers do it every single day.

Most drivers are very kind.the new bus drivers are late most of the time especially #8 from the mall.by the time we get to downtown all the buses are left .so we are late for everything. It is very annoying.

The lady ,Kathy O of Guelph Transit made my day!She is a such wonderful lady who is very thoughtful with lots of patience.I gave the calls to Guelph Transit at separate time to get informations how to take bus , how to pay and how to get my son's card etc. I asked lots of questions ,may silly.However She said that is why we are here.I really have the luck with her.I really appreciate for her kindness .She warms me up ~Wonderful lady from the great group of Guelph Transit!

This bus is going to be 8 minutes late"*I show up on time anyways*"Oh actually it was 3 minutes early

If I could rate it a zero I would! The worst system and planning I have ever experienced. I just got the hang of the on demand system and surprise it’s not working for them so they change it again. I could walk faster than this new system can get me to work. However all my experiences with the drivers have been great, they are friendly and understanding.
