Very nice client service but bad experience in delivery or online order. I asked for concrete to be delivered , the order was late and the transportation company asked me to pay 1500$ for delivery only for staff that costs 500$, after I talked with client service they canceled the order and made another order that came 3 days later.I dealt with Window and Door department and that was the worst experience, the doors came wrong and was reordered, the second time took much more than expected and came wrong again. I was asking about status they just say we do not know! I had no help from the technician of the Window and Door department but just repeating it is because of COVID and nothing can be done!!Home Depot, If you are going to take something from the store, the people are very helpful and do their best to serve you... If something need to be delivered I do not recommend it.

Don't waste your time ordering through the Internet pick up. I ended up doing it myself - no refund. And when I told the older customer service lady that the purple industrial cleaner was in the wrong section, she kept on arguing with me. Very annoying experience at the customer service counter. I won't do it again.

Experience was bad enough that we made our purchase elsewhere. Salespeople in general ignored us and those that did respond, after we made initial contact, were less than helpful bordering on rude. We have recently moved back to Quebec from Ontario and I spent a significant amount of time and money" at Home Depot there. I do not believe the same thing will be occurring here."

3 self check out open and 3 employees supervising and no other cash open.Lovely!Next time I will save the drive and just order from Amazon and get it delivered the next day. Us too can cut cost.

This is by far the worst store for building supplies if you need it delivered because they don't reserve your order beware if you shop building supplies at the time you place your order they say they have it all in stock you pay for it and they give you a date usually around 2 weeks is the waiting period then they don't reserve your order they just keep on selling to all other customers and if they run out of stock they call you and say they can't deliver cause they have run out of stock so all the other people that shop after you is really getting the stock before you even though you have already paid your order they don't reserve anything never again will I step foot in that store

This is really a great hardware store. They have high quality products displayed well. But the most important asset this store has are the people. You always feel welcome, people are not depressed or inaccessible. All employees are smiling and engage with customers so you can feel like home. I went there a Saturday and one of the employee did an extra mile for me. I never went back to my previous hardware store.

Most recent visit I asked one question to a lady who seemed to be a manager and she looked as if I had insulted her to no end, this poor woman was the most unprofessional person, if you are unable to work due to a personal reason perhaps take the day off and don’t push your bad day on everyone else…. I asked if they sold springs for a kitchen appliances and showed her what I was looking for, a polite response would have been welcomed!
