The service was ok, the food was normal. The place was a little dirty specially near the soda station. The fries were ok, i had a chicken burger and it was in the normal standard. They were a little slow but the restaurant was full so it was ok the waiting time. Also, this McDonald's has a ramp, is perfect if you have a stroller.

The portion are so poor.. and the amount of sauces in our sandwichs… the poor bread is literally swimming and let’s not even talk about the poutine. When you ask for little sauce, there will be no sauce at all, if you ask regular sauce.. is toooo much.

This is probably the worst McDonalds so far in Montreal. The staff fine have a clue regarding the food and everytime we ordered something, we get different items. And one time there’s some fire alarm sound and the staff doesn’t even bother to fix it and very very rude towards customers. 0 stars..

The quality has really gone downhill, my recent experience was very unpleasant. I ordered a meal on their self-service machine, but the printer didn’t work so I couldn’t get my order number to follow my order. Had to go ask the counter. Then, wanted to wash my hands, but the bathrooms have to be unlocked with a key by the staff. They pack all the food like take-out, although I was dining onsite. They literally gave 1 napkin in the bag. They removed the self-service napkin dispenser and ketchup dispenser. Had to go back to ask for napkins and ketchup. The restaurant itself is dirty, the tables are not cleaned and there isn’t anything to clean it by oneself. While I was eating, had a homeless person sit at my table to insistingly ask for a burger/change… Food is standard, the workers seem to be working hard to keep up with the busy location. I don’t have high expectations of a McDonald’s, but this was the worst one by far.

Poor service, dirty and smelly. Over crowded, management is horrible. I been standing there over 20 min for 1 order of ice coffee. And they can’t even call out the number correctly. My ice coffee was sitting at the counter just waiting to be call. I had to tell the guy but the other people are all waiting for there order too. I would not come back.

Listen, I get that fast food jobs in downtown is stressful and it's quick-paced and all that, but you'll never see me ever again order here or go there anymore. Not only that out of the 7 meals I ordered here had some items wrong or even missing, but this place stinks and will always be dirty. Sometimes, It'd be better that the person that takes care of orders on the screen would know their numbers from 1 to 3 because I will never have the two sandwiches or sauce that I order. Hell, I'll even go as far as saying that It'd be better if they know how to read period because I would order a single iced tea then get a sprite and a coke zero, or get the regular mcChiken instead of the spicy one. I'd rather talk with the junkies that are loitering around then to step foot inside this McDonald's specifically.

During my recent visit to the McDonald's branch located in downtown Montreal, specifically the Atwater area, I was left unimpressed with the cleanliness of the establishment. While the service and food were satisfactory, the lack of cleanliness negatively impacted my overall dining experience.Upon entering the restaurant, it was evident that the cleanliness standards were not being upheld. The dining area appeared unkempt, with tables not properly cleaned and noticeable food debris scattered on the floor. It was disappointing to see that the staff seemed to have neglected regular cleaning and maintenance, compromising the hygiene of the establishment.The condition of the restroom facilities was also subpar. The floors were unclean, and the toilets were not well-maintained, failing to meet the expected standards for a renowned fast-food chain like McDonald's. It is crucial for such establishments to prioritize cleanliness, especially in areas where customers directly interact.On a positive note, the staff members were polite and attentive throughout my visit. They promptly took my order and delivered it with a pleasant attitude. The quality of the food itself was consistent with McDonald's standards. However, the cleanliness issue overshadowed these positive aspects, impacting my overall satisfaction.

This place and the one on st Jacques are THE absolute best McDonald's in mtl. Each has its own unique perks. Don't change anything here. Staff is super friendly and kind to all kinds of customers no matter who they are. Impressive. They need recognition for their hard work. Thank you for NEVER getting my order wrong also impressed.
