Meadowvale Conservation Area

The closest conservation area to my home. I usually visit this place almost 2-3x a month. Beautiful and well kept trail area with a nice view along credit river

Well maintained park and have some good trails close to nature.Have seen a coyote once, so if going with kids just don't let them go too far away from you.

Best place for a picnic date and I recommend you to go there on week days because it is crowded on weekends. beautiful trail we enjoyed.

Very nice park, calm and relaxing experience. I would recommend going on a sunny day, for more bright and scenic locales.

Had so much dun for a small gathering picnic, so clean and almost quite in weekend, there is. Beautiful river and a huge area to play games and have parties, also nice trail to walk!!

Such a beautiful place to walk, chill out, have a picnic. The options are endless. There's culhan trail and port credit river and a beautiful bridge over the river. It's quite nice and you can come here again and again and find unexpected beauty everytime all around you.

Very peaceful , neat , clean and well maintained. You will love the trails if you prefer peaceful , natural ambience over crowded , happening places.

In the heart of Mississauga. South West corner of Derry and Mavis intersection. Wide green space on the Bank of the River. A conservation area with a trail through the woods provides a scenic view of the river through the thickets. The park has gazebos with BBQ grills, one right by the river.

Amazing place for a winter walk through the snow. On a weekend it may get a bit busy, but it's totally worth the visit. Wish the bathrooms were available during winter as well, because people would definitely use it, considering the amount of visitors and the length of stay. The north gate is closed during winter months, but people park outside of it, and go around the gate. Parking is available on the other side by the Credit Valley Conservation.It's a great place to visit with your dog but expect to encounter wildlife during your walk. That's why it makes sense to being a camera, as there is plenty of subjects that will come across your lens.The only negative thing about this place is the airplane noise. It very loud and frequent, so having a conversation with someone while walking can be a bit challenging.

Beautiful park along the Credit River, part of the Credit Valley Conservation Authority. Easy access trails, both paved and packed gravel make this park accessible for everyone, and walkers, wheelchairs, and strollers are friendly. Caution, however, in wet seasons as there is a tendency for water to pool, making walking difficult.Plenty of picnic tables and washrooms are avail le as well as covered pavilions and group sites. Group sites can be reserved in advance.Bring a camera and binoculars to watch birds and the beavers .
