Perfect 10 Car Wash and Detail Center

I've been going to perfect 10 a few times a year for as long as I can remember. I was there on a wed morning and was the only customer and you can see from the photos that they did a very poor job.I paid over $40 to go home and clean it myself. Very dissapointed.I sent an email with pics to the manager and never heard anything back.No need to go here anymore.

I appreciate the full service car wash which saves me time and energy. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff are really friendly and the price is fair. This time I got the Rainbow Wash but next time I am going to try the Perfect 10 that has Ceramic also. Thanks Perfect 10 for making my car look new.

Perfect 10 does a great job. I’ve been in search of a wash similar to the chain we had in the south metro. Nothing even close until I discovered Perfect 10. We take all 4 of our vehicles there now. Great value for the price, friendly staff and clean facility.

unfortunately it was not great this time. I only gave it a 3 because it has been amazing in the past. it never even got the paw prints from a cat off and did not vacuumed in the back. I paid extra to have my floor mats cleaned I would have thought they would get the dirt off.I have gone hear for yrs as they used to do a amazing job the car would be almost spot less so worth the money but they came up short so not sure I will go back. It is a lot of money for a ok wash

Not good. I have gone here for years. On this last visit, I actually asked for manager to voice the poor experiences I have the past few times. He apologized, and said he would go out and personally look for it to be cleaned. As I drove away, I noticed the same issues in the interior. After I use up my PLUS interior/exterior package plan, I will need to find a new car wash.

First time stopping at this place. From the sweet lady that helped me pick my package at the drive up, to Patty at the front desk spreading smiles, I would definitely come here again. My car looks fantastic in no time at all. Kind of like a NASCAR Pitcrew.

I took my car here for the first time. I had a positive experience from the start. I was greeted kindly and the wash options were thoroughly explained to me. I bought the Rainbow Wash and added on floor mat cleaning. When the wash was completed I walked over to my car and was amazed at how good it looked inside and out! My floor mats looked great, cup holders were clean, dash was wiped off and spotless, and the windows were very clear and streak free! I can't wait to go back. The staff was professional, friendly, and courteous and I left feeling fully satisfied. Thank you!!!

I have been using Perfect 10 for years, the past year or so I have not been happy. Ex: middle console not wiped down, windows not dried and extremely streaky. They washed the floor mats however didn’t vacuum under or around. I don’t expect professional detailing, I would expect for $50 it would be better then a CarWash from a gas station. I wish there were other options similar.

First time here and the first time getting a bumper to bumper detail job done. I dropped off my f150 for a full detail job inside and out. They said it would take about four hours. Great not a problem. I get called 4 hours later it's done. When I get there the first thing I see is dirt on the top side of the bumper so I pop the gate. The floor mats are in the bed unclean. It's at this point that the manager comes out I confront him about the dirt he immediately makes excuses and says the water drips and leaves the mess. So I pop the gate and what about the floor mats? They aren't clean... in fact the bed was never cleaned. He says you wanted the bed cleaned? I paid for a bumper to bumper cleaning for $310. Yes everything should be cleaned inside and out. So he takes it back and 2 hours later it was finally done. The point is it shouldn't have needed 2 more hours They fixed the issue but lost a future customer.
