Yankee Candle

Although they have great items, the part I'd like to talk about is the customer service. They have to be one of the most professional, accommodating, nicest staff of a business. They honour coupons and if there's any issue with the coupon, they always find a way to make it work. We have got a lot of the decor, not just candles there, one time the decor was broken and they quickly exchanged it. we have got 3 personalized candles over the yrs from this location, they did an absolutely beautiful job. My birthday is St. Patrick's Day and I love all of the options for that celebration, they have so much variety for all holidays. They have amazing Halloween items that are Steampunk design. But most of all, the staff is just great.

They have the best selection of candles and the best selection of different scents. There's always sales on with great deals. They have lots of other scented items and products for your house and car. The candles are great quality and last a long time. They are the longest lasting compared to other candles. They are worth the money. This is the only place that we buy candles from.

Emily and Kerry (Carrie) were really knowledgable and made awesome recommendations about the promotions going on in store. They offered to hold our purchases while we shopped around the mall. Wonderful customer service from the ladies of Yankee Candle!

I love the candle scents, the burners and the candle pucks (?) they use far better then their competition. If you had one in Newmarket or Aurora I would buy even more often. I shop in Barrie when I can get there and always found the service great.

The staff there is very friendly and helpful, the candles are of superior quality, and I always leave happy! Melissa in particular is very friendly and helpful, she offered to take the candles I knew I wanted to the front while I finished browsing. Exceptional service Melissa, thank you!

I called this Yankee Candle (tm) today with one of the stupidest questions that probably has ever been recorded for quality and insurance purposes, and got graced with Makayla. She was the sweetest customer service representative I've ever dealt with and, even though I asked why the candle went clear when melted, she had a instant answer. Please give her a raise.

The service at this store has always been good but I came to realize that burning these candles for hours is bad for your health and leaves a sooty black residue on walls and ceilings....be very careful with these candles.

I am only rating this 2 stars because I like the fact that yankee candle company sells the wood wick candles. The customer service at this store is appalling at best. I will NEVER shop here again.

Nice salespeople and the candles are strongly scented with tons of adorable candle holder options.

The customer service here is very good and they have a wide array of candles. Ive always been extremely happy with my purchases there but in the last few years find the quailty of their wicks substandard compared to what they previously use Today's are like threads together which unwind causing big smoky flames that emit soot anx cause the wax to melt unevenly.
