Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I have rented at a deferent location at Alamo at Toronto but since had returned the old vehicle provided. The vehicle that had been provided for me was booked 4 hrs ago and it was a minivan the staff was very helpful and they checked every side and the front and back of the minivan the car was deeply cleaned and my 3 kids will enjoy it this minivan is also spacious you can fit 4 baggage in the minivan with 2 seats folded and one 7 year old at the back enterprise at Toronto Pearson airport provides great service and great reliable cars!

Staff here are great. Friendly and fast service, had exactly what I requested (van with winter tires) and more (AWD) ready to go and even pulled it up for me. Car was clean with no issues.After hours return was simple and hassle free. Received the return confirmation promptly at 6am when they opened the next morning.

Rented a Mercedes GLC 300 from this location, the service and car provided was excellent however later during my rental I discovered that the car wipers were totally worn off and it was extremely challenging and dangerous to drive it in the rain.I contacted enterprise and asked them if it would be possible to change the wipers or car and I was only given the option to visit the same location to switch to another (if available) car. Perhaps they should’ve checked the wipers before renting out the vehicle instead or fixed the fault at my location instead of asking me to change my plans and come to the location and see what can be done, while it’s clearly the fault of poor maintenance by Enterprise. No other complaints though.

Came here on a Saturday around 2pm. It was fairly busy however, the employees and Managers were very helpful especially with the situation I was facing (rental car was involved in a hit and run). They were informative and helped me with my situation by providing me the necessary steps to move forward. Thank you Anthony and Tony for your help, truly appreciated!

This was the best rental car experience I’ve ever had! Check in with Avi was fast and simple, and Maht was professional and quick at handing over the keys. My car is stylish, super clean and drives beautifully! I will definitely be renting here again.

I booked a mustang convertible a week ago. I went there and I was being offered a V6 hard top mustang. I asked the employee M to please arrange a convertible if possible. She somehow managed and gave me a blue mustang GT. The prices including insurance was somewhere around $160 for 24 hours which I don’t believe is too much. Best service and best dealership. And best customer service. I will surely book again from here

I was a bit skeptical after I read some of the reviews but I went for it anyway when my friend said he had a good experience. I am glad I chose them because it was indeed a great and hassle free experience. People at the counter were very helpful and professional! I even got a free upgrade! If anything, just make sure you bring your credit card and remember the pin because tap doesn’t work!But otherwise, there are no hidden charges, it’s exactly what you see while making a reservation + 400 deposit that you get back when you return. If I gotta rent again, I know where to go :)

Always excellent service from stuff with upgrades. Used for work travel to and from mine sites. Excellent reliable, safe, operating SUVs and Trucks everytime I've picked one up for work travel.
