I’ve been wanting to try Tacomio ever since I first saw their location in Tinseltown. I decided to get their family feast take out the other day as it seemed like a good value. At $37, you get to choose 3 different proteins along with 30 tortilla shells and all the fixings. Since they double the tortilla shells, which means a family feast of 2 is same as 15 tacos, you just have to assemble it yourself. A single taco costs $5 already.This location is right on Lonsdale, which makes parking a bit of a challenge as it’s most street parking, unless you want to pay for the Wholefoods parkade.I was quite impressed by their family feast take out, it comes in a big box. There were also tortilla chips, frituras, rice, beans, pickled vegetables, 3 different types of salsas and cilantro.For our proteins, we chose the chipotle chicken, the carnitas as well as the beef salpicon. All the proteins were well seasoned, the carnitas and beef salpicon were shredded and the chicken was cubed.Overall it was quite fun to make your own tacos at home, in the end we still had plenty of left overs and they were just as good the next day.

I hadn’t been here in awhile. The food is still tasty. The 2 tacos were enough as snacks. I ordered the chipotle chicken and the roasted cauliflower with mild flavour. Both tacos had fresh ingredients. They seem to hit the spot if you’re looking for a healthy snack. Tip: order the 3 tacos as it’s a better value. They also have burritos, salad bowls, quesadillas, and nachos. There’s plant based, chicken, and beef to choose from.They offer a variety of takeout products including sauces, chips, etc. There’s very limited seating – probably six people max. Easy to find location, just look for the camel statute out front or near Whole Foods in North Vancouver.

The food,it was so tasty and fresh! And surprisingly filling. They use only paper/recyclable product for serving dishes which was a huge thumbs up for me. Prices are reasonable which was a pleasant surprise considering the high profile location. So why only 3 stars? This restaurant is in a central hospital hub, with medical offices everywhere, close by. Yet it is NOT accessible to mobility impaired persons. No auto door opener. Not one table suitable for a wheel chair or mobility scooter. The stools are impossible for anyone less than able bodied to climb up on. This was my first visit, and I sincerely hope I see some thoughtful improvements by my next one.

Went on site and had wonderful help with explaining the Feast for 4. Ordered it up with a combo of meat and veggie fillings! The Cauliflower was the absolute fave for my meat loving family…which is awesome! One of my girls loved it so much she wished I had ordered it for all 3 protein picks. Lots of food and enough left for everyone’s lunch the next day! Great value…and the chips, pickles and sauces make it a super bonus! Check them out…it comes all packaged up in a easily portable box! Instant picnic party!!

I recently ordered the meal kit for 4 from Tacomiao off of DoorDash, selecting the Carnitas, Chicken - Pollo Borracho, and Beef - Salpicon options. Was craving tacos and had been eyeing this so finally tried four of their tacos (beef, pork, and two different mild chickens). First, prices are very reasonable. I liked the pork and beef tacos. The chicken ones were a bit bland; granted I got the mild but being bland and not spicy are not the same thing. Maybe the seasoning was a bit shy. Regardless, they are fast, on time, and very clean (even though you can order only through the window). I’ll next try their burritos and others.

Very disappointing, I came to it when I saw the posts on Instagram. First of all most of the food on pictures is not available, she told me that you might find it in other branches. So I ordered 3 tacos and it does not look like the photos at all! Tast was disappointing as well, it supposed to be mild but it was spicy as hell I couldn't eat it they said that mild sauce is very spicy. The staff and the service were good .

Tacos had a good amount of filling but was super drippy so it got quite soggy; tried all of the meat fillings and the chicken in adobo was definitely the best. Burrito was a good size but not enormous. Cool/funky decor. Nice to have 2 washrooms on site for the messy hands. Items served in paper and there is organic 'disposal' on site (though tap water was served in a plastic '7' cup).

Staff were so nice, I asked for an extra sticker because I'm a dork and I love stickers, they gave me a bunch. The food was amazing. A little bit pricey but it tasted so delicious that I regret nothing. They even gave me a little thank you note with my order that was on a really nice card.
