Used the app to save time and not block the drive-through. It was useless. Waited quiet a while, then was told to park in front. Finally, after another long wait, the order was brought out. When we checked, items were missing, and they said they didn't have them . We commented that we already paid for them, and they repeated they didn't have any. We then had to go inside to see a manager, who, on his way out of the kitchen, stepped on some food item on the floor and almost skated to disaster. Then he offered donuts in replacement, but the ordered eclaire was more expensive. He offered another donut, and he said it was a similar value. We took it and left. Once home, we found out there were two chili containers and only one half a bun... not impressed.

All staff behave like they are not responding their responsibility and they gives very bad services for customers.And I took redye ice cape but it was very bad taste. I don't like that.

They dont care about taking orders, no one took order for atleast 15 minutes. Worst service. 6 guests were waiting in line.

Me and my boyfriend decided to come her yesterday to get an ice coffee with double shot of cane sugar and a chocolate shot, after waiting in line for approximately 20-30 minutes we got what we “ordered”. There was not one shot of any syrup not even can sugar. My boyfriend was extremely disappointed since we both used to work here but now every time we come here they never put any syrup note get our orders right.

Service was decent, but I have never seen such a filthy bathroom in a Tim Hortons ever.Disgusting! I guess I will stop in McDonald's next time

Went inside to order myself a plain bagel with herb & garlic cream cheese Xtra cream cheese aswell so that makes 2$ of cream cheese with bacon on top of that. The lady repeated my herb and garlic cream cheese 3times so obviously would never think they would mess that up. Just to get home to find that I have only plain cream cheese that I don't even like lol and barely any cream cheese in my bagel.

Driving through on my way back to Ontario. I ordered coffee and a sandwich and paid for it. The cashier was very nice and said the sandwich to the other staff. To which the staff replied I'm not making that". I was then told that the person who makes sandwiches had left. Even though there was about six to seven staff on shift. I had to wait to be refunded and the manager who refunded my money did not engage with me at all or apologize for the inconvenience. I honestly can say I have never had worst service at a Tim Hortons ever in my life. To top it all off we were blocked in because the drive-thru was backed up because no staff had come out to tell people they weren't serving food. Terrible experience."

Brother and I ordered 4 wraps all of them were wrapped improperly, the wait time was upwards of 35 minutes as they forgot about my order. All of the workers lacked work ethic except for one. This is the second time my brother has had a poor experience at this Tim hortons the last being 2 years ago and nothing has changed.

Very bad custmore service.. i went at 7.30PM TODAY They refused to take my order they told they take order in drive thru so i went in drive thru she told me they dont serve bare foot… i parked my truck for getting coffe really bad they were showing open but refused my order
