Very patient and made sure I thoroughly understood the changes in vaping. It's been years since I last took up a vape system. I have an old vape, instead of trying to sell me a new system, they assured me mine would work perfectly with the new vape juice. I certainly appreciate all the advice and guiding me through this. Would not recommend this shop they advertise a different price online than they do in store . For how much they mark up you're better off ordering from somewhere in Edmonton or Calgary and paying the shipping.**update**I bought the exact same device at a shop in sylvan for 20 dollars less.
