Was recommended by a work colleague to use Tic Toc Man for repairs and service to my Panerai. They did a superb job, so much so I have left with wife's watch to be serviced too. The team on the front desk are extremely courteous and helpful too. Great set-up, only minutes from City of London. Highly recommended.

UPDATED 28/9/2018Just picked up my watch from Fabiene, it looks beautiful. Excellent service. Originally down to a misunderstanding on the type of work I wanted done, but after speaking with Fabiene we had the watch fixed. Fabiene, was very pleasant and sweet to talk with, Thank you for resolving the issues.zero star if possible, such a horrible job; I'm actually considering pressing charges/complain to the police. They caused more damage to the watch than repaired, also didn't even say they would have to cause damage to do the repair, aren't jewelry repair supposed to ask for permission before knowingly causing damage?" they didn't clean the watch

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered and item in December 2022 and am still awaiting this item now for 4 months. I had to keep emailing them to remind them as I was awaiting this watch order as a wedding present for my fiancee which I wanted to gift to him on our wedding day. I have emailed them a total of 5 times to remind them of this order. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and then they finally emailed me There will be no further delays if you can wait a little longer" - assuring me that it would arrive the week before my wedding and when I emailed them this week they said that - oh sorry again

Second time using tic toc. Once for a vintage omega and once for a longines. The omega still had an issue, took it back and they repaired under the original price which was great. Really good service. Very knowledgable and very fair price.Only gripe is they're not open on weekends (hardly any watch repair shop is in london) Would be nice for just collections. all in all the team are excellent and very responsive to emails/calls and keep you upto date every step of the way.Gald i took i punt going here. Found my new go-to watch repair/service place !

This is the third time I have gone to Tic Toc Man to service my watches. Each time they are brilliant. They are very attentive to my requests and are realistic with their timelines. Their quote are reasonable and the fact I can send my watch in and have it sent back to me afterwards is highly convenient. They are very responsive to my emails and overall I have had great service from them. Would definitely recommend!

Came in to get the clasp repaired on my watch. Jennifer looked after me and was very helpful and friendly.They repaired my clasp very quickly and at a very reasonable price. They were extremely professional and efficient.I would highly recommend for any watch repairs you may need. Very professional service.2nd floor of the building, just have to ring the bell.

My first time using Tic Tok Man. The business came highly recommended by a family friend and ex colleague of the owner. Had a Breitling serviced and crown issue repaired. It was ready for collection far quicker than the estimated time. Fantastic service and results. Staff on the front desk are helpful and so polite. Have left an Omega to be repaired and will definitely use Tic Tok Man for all my servicing and repair needs. Highly recommended.
