I’ve attended several of the yoga classes as well as attended one of the week long retreats in Costa Rica.I will forever and always say that Sarah’s understanding approach to yoga is the reason I fell in love with it. Sarah is fun relatable and lives by the ‘make this practice work for you, this is your practice’ approach.The retreat is one to remember and one to definitely repeat. Honestly, Sarah’s down to earth demeanour and super friendly, funny vibes are a reason in itself. Not to mention she managed to find the most amazing quaint spot with the most amazing staff and scenery.Show up for the yoga. Leave with new friends.
