The best hot stone massage therapist in Nanaimo, maybe even the best on Vancouver Island. Includes hot stone, bamboo, and aroma therapy. Calm surroundings and very pleasant and professional. Flexible hours and extremely accommadating.

Had my first ever massage with Sandi from Knead it or Knot. It was a great, relaxing experience. She started with hot stone, and also used the hot bamboo as well as the cupping. I had little circles all over my back afterwards, I felt like an olympic athlete haha

A relaxing massage with double healing powers. Warm yourself up with a Hot stone massage.I have been away for a year and couldn't wait to have my massage with Sandi. This lady is always ready and enjoys her job. She has a terrific ability to relax the mind while she works the body. Sandi is unbelievable. I have been in unbelievable pain and discomfort for the last 3 weeks. I received an hour appointment with hot stones and cupping . My shoulders are no longer up by my ears, the tension and swelling in my lower back and hip was pulled out with the combination of heat and cupping . This was my first experience with cupping and I will be going back in 3 weeks for another session and many more after. Sandi from the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. See you soon ❤️
