Having a bad hornet's nest problem in my backyard I called a couple of companies for help. The first one called me back once when I wasn't home and never even answered any of the numerous messages I left them afterwards. Then I called Terminix at the end of the day and was answered immediately. The person who answered wasn't sure about how soon they could be there , but assured me that it would be within 2 or 3 days at the most. He also told me that it would be $115.00 for the service call and 140.00 or $160.00 if the technician could find the problem and resolve it immediately. He also added that the service call fee would the be included in the total price. Which meant that I would pay a total of 140 or 160. The pricing was well explained and very reasonable. So I ordered the service and was called back early the following morning. The technician was calling to arrange an appointment that very morning, and arrived at my house at 11:00 am later that morning. I showed him the place where I thought the nest was and within 10 to 15 seconds he confirmed that I had a problem and went to his van to put on his protective gear to take car of the situation right away. I have waited a couple of weeks to write this review to make sure the problem was completed fixed first. I haven't seen a hornet around my house since. I want to thank the technician who was Mr. Bruno Fortin. He took the time to come in afterwards to tell me size of the nest (about 6- 8 inches in diameter) and explained the total fee which was $140.00. Mr Fortin thanks again for your high professionalism, your punctuality, and also being a nice person who took the time to get to know a bit about me. Bad experience...first I had an inspection" from one of their " professional"... The lady didn't even look at anything. I told her my problem she took 10 minutes with me and charge me the full price of the inspection... She only went in the kitchen and didn't do anything there ... BUT that's is taking off the price of the extermination if I hire them to do the job.. call them 6 week later and they said the inspection was no longer valid and want to do a new one.. I refuse because it was the same problem and the first time she did nothing anyways... When they came

Yesterday .first of dec 2022 .Terminix has send inspectors at my appartement for bed bugs inspection. They arrived knocking unnessacery hard at my door.i saw that they did not follow any procedures of precaution .such has inspect themselves before entering my home,..not wearing adequate clothing. clothing that should be white or blue so that they can see easily, when inspecting themselves before entering my home,if they carry on them, the bed bugs they are suppose to search in my bed. furthermore they did not wares mask for protection of repending viruses ,That i request if you want to enter my home .I m 62 and it is dangerous for me to catch viruses. Itried to explained thoses claims to them they did not listen nor agreed so i refused access to my home ,If they want to inspect my home they will present excuses.follows the protection ways and wear a mask only then will they be permit to enter my home
