Thanks Chris and Paul.These are the kind of guys you want working for you.Oil City Mech. replaced my son's water heater last week and mine today.Fast, friendly and clearly knowledgeable.At a decent price.Also answered my furnace and AC questions and didn't seem to mind the extra time and effort it took to get an old, unemptied heater out of the basement.Grant B.*** JAN2019 UPDATE***The water heater was done 2 years ago and works great.Last Sept I had Oil City replace my 22yr old loud, unreliable Carrier with a new Armstrong(by Lennox) furnace.The guys were here at 9 and totally cleaned up and gone by 3 including having to put in new intake and venting.It's perfect - 4 months of quiet efficiency so far. My bills seem down 20% and they weren't bad even with the old furnace.The price was great and they threw in an attached humidifier - it's making indoors this winter very comfortable.

Oil City installed my AC and new Hot Water tank over the past 3 years. Each time they provided excellent advice on the choices available and associated benefits of the options. Service work from Liam was prompt and professional. Their rates are comparable to the marketplace and they are trustworthy and back up their work without issue. Sandra runs the admin and billing and is always professional, prompt, and responsive. As a small local contractor, they run their business well and they know their clients. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for residential or commercial HVAC, furnace, AC, or Hot Water Tank needs.

Oil City mechanical gave outstanding customer service! The furnace quit after regular business hours, and they promptly gave a call back. He offered to come out at that time, or in the morning. He even took the time to go through some additional information on the furnace to ensure he had parts on hand for when he came by. He came when he said he would and the prices were honest and fair! I will recommend to everyone.

My experience with these guys was excellent. I should have posted this review ages ago, but better late than never. Murray installed central AC for me and was super good about some minor warranty work that came up afterwards. Props to you guys for standing behind your work and your product.

We highly recommend this company! They quoted and installed our new furnace within a week and had impeccable service from start to finish. The three installers (Paul, Liam & Matt) were all very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. We’re very happy with our new furnace!

Jan 14/2020 Sherwood Park temps -39 below. Called Sandra was extremely professional and bar none 110% the best to deal with. Had service guy Liam to my door in about 38 minutes. Very professional service company and the best to deal with. My furnace was doing some weird things diagnostic code wise. Told Sandra about issue, she called Murray and quick and professional they dispatched Liam to assist me at home.*** VERY AWESOME COMPANY AND I WOULD 110% RECOMMEND THESE GUYS ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT A DOUBT FOR ALL SERVICE/INSTALLS. *** DON'T CALL ANYONE ELSE OTHER THAN THESE GUYS, THEY WILL TOTALLY LOOK AFTER YOU.Cheers,Seth Norlander

Murray, Paul, and their crew went over and above expectations! From the initial quote until they had cleaned up and left, they were so friendly and easy to deal with. Answered messages promptly, performed job within my schedule, and left no mess or rework to deal with. Even did extra work over and above what was asked.
