Aucun escalier pour accéder au stationnement souterrain.... Que deux ascenseurs très très lent... Et pour bien faire cette journée là 1 était défectueux... Journée ou les Alouettes de Montréal jouaient en plus....près de 20 min. Juste pour accéder à mon véhicule... Découragent

Used the valet service 1 time and my driver leather seat had a rip in it afterwards, my car was dirty with streaks of something that was leaking over it and they left my car parked right next to a bike rack. They were extremely rude when I confronted them. I park 10mins away where the parking and service is WAY better! CGI parking near the Bell Center is amazing!
