Staff are helpful, was sold a pack of coils with pne missing. Didn't realize until a few weeks after as I bought a couple packs. Would recommend checking your purchases before walking out

The staff doesn't seem very friendly. Theyre literally just there to be as cashiers. Does not recommend whats good or whats the current deal , are they even aware that theyre in sales industry? Last year i rated 3 stars pretty much had the same experience.

Horrible service haven't had a vape in years and ended up going here the guy told the girl sales person that I need 20mg and she sold me 12mg I called back today to talk to a manager and the girl I talked to said there is no manager on and was rude I'm sure she is the same one that messed up my order they definitely need to train their staff better wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

I was in store oct 16 @ around 1pm. I phoned in for their names and apologize if I get them wrong. Josiah & Mitch were both friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, meeting all my expectations. I won't type out all the details, instead just say that they went above and beyond. Customer Service was on point ! And I love the new Caliburn that was recommended by both.

The customer service is really good, but the owners of this place are very bad business etiquette. I bought a disposable Vape from them and opened it up when I got home and found out it was defective and does not work at all, so I called in and expanded what was wrong with the devise and when I got there the lady that helped me was busy and I spoke to some guy claiming to be the manger and he said we won't take it back because it is not blinking". I said that this is not working and I would like it replaced

UPDATE: I tried calling them using the numbers left on the negative reviews, but there are several different numbers and they either dont exist or are wrong numbers of random people. Truly scammers...I usually go to the commercial drive location which has been lovely but was in the area and popped by.I asked for RPM2 coils and received RPM coils, plus they sold me a package of 5 but when I opened the box, one of the coils was obviously cut off and there were only 4!! No joke got scammed.Strongly advise not shopping here.

Went into this location for some new juice after buying 2 other bottles at another location that didn't work out (allergic to one and second one wouldn't work with my vape). Nick and Jade were insanely helpful and helped me find a flavor of juice I really like. Awesome pair. Will definitely return.
