The apartment was clean and well maintained and the manager was very easy to deal with. There were cooking and eating dishes available for use. I’m not sure about air conditioning but the heat temperature is adjustable. Also the view off of the balcony is beautiful.

Buildings are not well maintained, tenants are 0f the more 'rowdy' types. Obvious substance use in plain view but a gorgeous location right on the water.

Decent place for a stop over on our way across Canada, had everything we needed in the apartment. Much better value than the Massey Motel where we almost rented a room before continuing to Blind Bay. Richard the manager was a really nice guy and the view was beautiful.

WAY OVER PRICE, rooms need work, bed sagged in the middle... good parts: the lake side view was wicked and the onsite manager Laura was awesome

Horrible !!. Don’t book there !! We booked a room there and had to leave and find another room to rent. This is a housing complex ( to my knowledge) the building was so dirty the smell was so foul we couldn’t stay there do to dirty disgusting conditions. This is not what is shown on line at all . The beds weren’t even made , the furniture was stained , I could go on and on!!!!

V poor service. No worth of your money. Dirty rooms. Lots of smells in room. Couch was dirty. No hot water in bath. Bedsheets are dirty. No one here to listen. Don’t think to rent it.

I would never live there, the building is so filthy, should be condemned! Glad my son an his family are moving out of there.

Hallways could use carpets being replaced, parking area could be plowed better & more often and have better lighting for security/safety.

Bad experience staying here... poor management we had booked 2 nights on Expedia and I guess the “managers” didn’t check their bookings.. they came knocking on the door insisting I give them 90$ for the second night... they seemed high on something and very irritated. I do not recommend!
