I had a fabulous experience with the staff at Bioped Grimsby! I consulted with Alexa who was extremely helpful in figuring out what my benefits covered for custom orthotics and compression stockings. When I met with Lindsay I instantly knew I was I'm great hands! She was knowledgeable and a true professional at all times. I was excited to learn how to take care of my feet properly moving forward as she spent time assessing them. The staff here are incredible! Cannot say enough good things!

I highly recommend this orthotics centre. I've been getting orthotics made for 30 years, and never have they been as comfortable as the ones from BioPed. From the bottom of my feet, I thank you!The staff is super nice, and they have a wide range of products to choose from.

She has fit him with custom orthodics and equipped him with the proper footwear. She is knowledgeable, professional, and considerate of budget. A+++

We had an amazing experience at BioPed Grimsby! The staff is lovely and very helpful!! We had the pleasure of working with Lindsay. Lindsay was so helpful in helping my mom and I with our orthotics and surgical stockings. She went above and beyond to ensure we are happy and satisfied with our orthotics. Also, she was able to get everything done in a week. Both Lindsay and Alexa made it so easy to get all the paperwork done easily and quickly as possible. I would highly recommend BioPed Grimsby, they have amazing customer service!

I’ve been going to this place for years. I buy all my kids’ shoes here as well as my own and orthotics. I could buy shoes anywhere sure, but Jackie has always given me great advice on what type of shoe to buy that suits my lifestyle and foot type. You won’t get that from Amazon or eBay. I’ve always had exceptional service and would highly recommend it’s services and products.

I started going to BioPed a few years ago, 1st for foot care and sports socks, then eventually getting fitted for orthotics and shoes. Both my parents go for foot care, shoes and orthotics as well. They are helpful, accommodating and always cheerful. Will be bringing my daughter there in the near future for orthotics. You get custom orthotics that are made for your foot, not a premade one off the shelf. They also have braces and sleeves, including custom options.

I booked an appointment for an assessment to get Orthotics for my shoes. My appointment was with Jackie, I had had her serve me on a previous appointment knee brace I found her to be OUTSTANDING. What a pleasure to go to a location and get dealt with professionally and with perianal care and consideration. I purchased the orthotics with my prescription and also purchased a pair of walking shoes. You may think as I did that shoes in this store would be way more expensive, but no I have paid more at a place where a staff member throws you a box with shoes to try on. I had an issue with planter fasciitis and sought resolution at Bio Ped (Grimsby). It was a pleasant experience engaging with them, as they were friendly, efficient and professional. After being fitted with custom insoles, the pain of planter fasciitis was resolved and I got back to enjoying walks again.

Jackie and her team at BioPed Footcare & Orthotics have been nothing short of amazing! They are a group of hard working and caring individuals who ensure that all of your foot care needs are handled in a timely fashion. The quality of her services are outstanding.
