After 95,000km I had my brakes changed. They showed me what my brakes looked like before and after so that I could see the importance of the switch. They were very informative about what they were doing. I was provided with a quote and timeframe upon booking the appointment and received my vehicle promptly.

BEWARE OF BAD SERVICE!!! OVER PRICED OIL CHANGES WITH NO OIL. DOES WORK FOR A FLEET COMPANY — YOU ARE NOT A PRIORITY

This is the most unprofessional and dishonest mechanic I ever seen. They don't have any clue of what they are doing as mechanics. I took my car there to fix a small oil leak and after the owner (Warren) tell me he doesn't know what or where was that leak, he gave an estimate of $2.600. An estimate without knowing what is the issue?!? And that's not all. He also said if he breaks something in my car during his job, I would have to pay for that!!! Yes, if he breaks something, I have to pay!!! This place is not only about very low quality services, it's about dishonesty. After I pay for that crooked estimate and decided to tow my car away, Warren broke my transmission central disable system to avoid my car towing. I took my car to the dealer and they charged me $565 to fix it. I'm sure Warren is be in jail very soon.

THE BEST OF THE BEST. I have a hard time looking for a mechanic because its so hard for me to trust someone but my friend recommended me this place and I can’t recommend this place enough! They tell you what is needed to get done and give you reasonable prices! This place will be my consistent mechanic from now on. So happy my friend recommended me this place.

I had a great experience at Prompt Auto Care. Waran took the time to look at my car even after the oil change and winter tires were out on, to see why my engine light came on and he was able to figure out what the issue was ( it was related to my brakes). He went above and beyond to test out my car as I felt the brakes felt off while I drove. I left with all my car issues resolved. I would recommend this auto shop for all your car needs.

They left a flyer on my car, which stuck due to the sun and rain. I will NEVER go here. It doesn't matter that they are fixing this issue, I should not have to go out of my way for their mistake and they should have never touched my car in the first place. Would not recommend to anyone.
