O-Joe Coffee

Very cute little coffee shop. I liked it before I even entered as the cute benches and chairs on your way back just have you a relaxed quaint setting you just want to enjoy. Inside is small but they make use of it very well. It's wheelchair accessible which is really nice. I'm not a coffee drinker but I enjoyed the ice Berry tea there. I did not feel rushed to make a decision or to leave after finishing my drink. I actually felt like I was in a small town coffee shop I was once in just south of Nashville. I also appreciate that everything is sourced ethnically, responsibly and helps those who are less fortunate get job experience in foreign countries. The only down side was the prices but with the high quality that's to be expected.

Would highly recommend O-Joe! They supplied all the guest favours, self-serve coffee and tea bar for our wedding a couple weeks ago. People were stash piling any left over the guest favours to take home at the end of the night. The self-serve coffee and tea stays hot for hours, and this was a very cold outdoor backyard wedding. They were on time; everything went as planned.

This is a great little cafe tucked away in a quaint location with a rustic-modern feel. Staff always greet with a smile, are friendly, and know how to make an excellent pour-over and espresso (these are my go to). Beans are supremely fresh and full of flavour. A nice selection of coffee and tea related accessories as well as locally made nutrition products. This is a must try, over and over again.

Great people. Amazing coffee. And out of this world Portuguese tarts, warm centres and crispy pastry. Bought 2 bags of dark roast coffee for home and looking forward to starting my morning with OJoes coffee. The only question is which one to try first. A Brazilian pour over was good but since it was a medium roast, I preferred the Americano made with the special espresso blend.

The highest quality specialty coffees you could ask for paired with incredible healthy, organic, and delicious options for snacks and superfoods! This place is ideal for an afternoon to yourself with a book, a business meet-up or a new place to bring a friend. I would recommend a visit to anyone, but if you can't stay atthe very least grab a bag of freshly ground coffee for the road! Your taste-buds will thank you.

Joe serves farm to cup drinks for thought with unpretentious warmth in this third-wave coffee shop with small town charm. This roaster-cafe could be in Portland or Vancouver, but it’s not. It’s in Mt. Brydges and aspires to greater standards because the owner is passionate about coffee, self improvement and engaging the public. I could say the various roasts and drip coffee and espresso are great but taste is so subjective that mine or anyone else’s opinion on this is largely useless. A majority of the population clearly love Starbucks, McDonald’s and Tim Hortons and Joe’s goal is not to alienate them but to show them what he thinks a quality coffee bean from crop to roast to cup can be. This is evident in his transparency as he explains his entire operation to anyone who wants to listen acknowledging where his strengths and areas for improvement are. Joe is proud of what he has accomplished while at the same time ready to take any feedback and turn it into improving his product and the experience for his customers. Skip the hipster cafes in the city and venture here to experience what is possible when someone cares about what you are drinking more than you do. And if you don’t like what you taste, take home some green coffee or freshly roasted beans (with sources and roast dates) and try to do better.

What a wonderful coffee shop!The staff working here are a local family. They were very welcoming, and talk about being informed with product knowledge!I came in randomly off the street looking to pick up a bag of coffee beans, and they staff here answered all my questions questions and even educated me in their bean selections, personal favorites and had me sample what I was going to buy.They offer a good selection of ethically sourced, slow-roasted coffee, as well as tea and superfoods.Thank you O-Joe! My wife also loved her coffee!

We have been getting O-Joe Coffee delivered to our house for years, but have just recently made a visit to the cafe. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and more than accommodating. All our food and drinks were excellent, plus I love the social awareness of the products and the health consciousness as well. We had coffee, latte, smoothie, cookies, toast and marmalade and everything was above our expectations. Great job! Worth the drive to Mt Brydges.
