Shoppers Drug Mart

This shoppers pharmacy has significantly improved my feelings about shoppers. I have just moved from the west coast and received the absolute best service using their pharmacy. I had to go twice to transfer prescriptions and both times the experience was seamless. Very quick wait times. Incredible friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely recommend!

Plain & simple - The front store is short-staffed. It is difficult to find staff for assistance or anyone at the cash.The store could use a good clean, however, it is a busy store.I always recieve outstanding customer service by Brandon (my fave) and the rest of the cosmetic staff.Only other downside: The cosmetic testers seem old (smell bad, melted, separated, discoloured or unavailable).

Pharmacy, postal counter, a good cosmetic section, and all you'd expect at a Shoppers, always with friendly employees. Oh and a washroom open to customers!

While trying to purchase a Super Nintendo classic on what is the release date I was told they would not sell it to me as they where holding it for a sale starting the next day. I was willing to pay the full retail on said item but still no go. After a conversation with head office finding out this was the only location on Prince Edward Island that would not sell it today. Well due to this unfortunate incident I will take my business elsewhere. I spend well over $1500 a month with this company on blood pressure meds and other assorted prescriptions not including the ones for the rest of my family.

After trying to book an online appointment, resulting in a big FAILURE. I was rescued by teh pharmacy staff and mi life was saved. Tehy were very patient with me and also very polite. Many thanks to all at Shoppers Drug Mart at West Royalty

The West Royal Charlottetown Prince Edward Island Shoppers Drug Mart is a great and fantastic place to see a Pharmacist for advice and they sell some groceries there and the staff is friendly and helpful too

The branding of Shoppers is something else. This store looked near identical to my local store in Woodstock, Ontario. I went near close as I needed a case of water and this was the closest store to our hotel. When I was charged more then I'd expected, the young lady behind the till explained PEI's deposit system on recyclables. She did a great job as, being from Ontario, can only dream of a deposit system. It was nice to hear PEI had one and I really appreciated the time this lady took to tell me about it, all with a smile. :) Thanks!

On Christmas Eve Day I especially would like to share this message of thanks for an incredible team member at at West Royalty Shoppers. Stephanie, who shares the spirit of Merry Christmas with her customers all year through in so many ways, is a true gift to her store and her customers.For as long as she has been working at the West Royalty Shoppers, I have seen Stephanie reach out from her heart to every customer who comes to her for assistance. She works tirelessly, no job too big or too small for this dedicated young woman and her infinite kindness!It's outstanding individuals like Stephanie who make a customer feel welcome, appreciated and happy to be at a store. Shoppers should be very proud to have a young woman like Stephanie to represent their company. She reaches out from her heart in all situations and genuinely cares about the customer's shopping experience. There is no staff. They expect you to use the automated checkouts; and, that's fine, but what about the photo reproduction centre? For that you need staff for the code, had to go to Walmart to reproduce my pics. it is as if they don't want us using their photo center.
