The staff are very friendly and helpful. They cut lumber and plywood exactly to my specifications. The store also delivers large items which is great for customers without a truck.

While the location lacks product selection, the staff will order literally anything you ask, even if it's not listed in the catalog. I've ordered specialty bolts, brackets, fittings, everything, they've at least tried, to get me anything I've ever asked for.

Staff all sitting behind the desk kind of staring at you...Very awkward. Came in for 2x4's for framing and they loaded it all into the truck for me which was very nice, until I got home and unloaded it and noticed that more than half of it was rotted. Soaked and rotted. They stored it all outdoors all winter! They looked surprised at me when I dared to return their inferior product...

I went in looking for tiles and advice.. they helped but in the end they sent me to Tim Barkley of Winchester who specializes in tiles..Thanks.. I was able to see plenty and bought some.
