Excellent service! They were preemptive with letting me know what might be coming up and when, and very kind and friendly. It was quite the contrast experience from Manitou Rd. in Kitchener which is always a painful experience. Thank you very much for the help today Emma!

There could not possibly be a better government office anywhere in Ontario than the Service Ontario in Paris. The staff are beyond excellent. Incredibly efficient but also incredibly kind and supportive. My family has had to make use of their services three times in the past three weeks, and every experience was thoroughly expeditious and also -- amazingly! -- thoroughly enjoyable. If there was a gold star for provincial employees, the wonderful staff in Paris deserve a million of them.

I had to renew both my drivers license and health card this year and I decided to come to the Paris location as I knew that the lines weren’t going to be long.I’m actuality there was zero wait time, I was happily greeted by Tammy who was a SWEETHEART!Oh and the location was spotless and smelled super clean, she even disinfected all the counters and POS after every customer use. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

Sadly I did not take any images of Service Ontario in Paris, Ontario… I was on the south side of Cambridge a friend said drive to Paris, the SO in Paris is right off hwy 24 as soon as you get into town, there is ample parking, easy access. There are many other restaurants and stores nearby if you need any top up items. The staff member that assisted my son and I was super friendly, very accommodating and answered all our questions. Really Top Notch service. If you are in Paris and you need a new Ontario something be sure to visit.

Was told to use the Paris service Ontario by friends and family, “it’s super quick, in and out”.I’ve been there twice now. Both time I dealt with Tammy, and both times I was greeted with a friendly smile, she helped me with everything and was very friendly doing it!But just like I was told, I was in and out just like that. Best Service Ontario around!

I have been dealing with Tammy three different occasions on my licence matter. She is so pleasant, understanding, and professional. Paris Service Ontario is worth the drive.
