They are running a very low quality business!A $4 entrance fee to enter the yard is nowhere to be said unless at the door. It's not over yet! Upon entry, they only provide you with the location of the car you're looking for. In accordance with their announcement, you must bring your own tools to remove the pieces. It is fine, but If you cannot find the car for some reason, no assistance will be provided. Even if you find the car in the yard and the part you asked for is gone, you have to say bye to your money and time! It is strongly recommended that you ignore them if you can find what you need somewhere else.

Skam place. First off they don't want you to know the inventory that way you pay 4$ to go have a look only to realize the part on the car your looking for is already gone. Their scrap yard is also filled with disgusting mud everywhere.

Good customer service, nice facilities for washing hands, Accurate information on inventory. Cars have already have 4 lugs nuts removed. Good improvement from the past. 4 stars because parking lot for customers have small glass pieces, can cause injuries and flat tires. The picture of the stacked cars are just for your viewing pleasure, it's not accessible for customers, those on welded car rims are.

I visit there for the battery, I don’t have a tool fix it my battery in a car. I was looking somebody to help me and I found one guy who works there his name is Paul. He was amazing he bring his tool kit and taught me how to fix and did not charge anything. That was good experience for me.

Cool place lots to do. Friendly staff. So much to do with so little time. Would like the place to be opened 2 hours longer. They close at 5pm everyday. Overall I enjoyed myself. I'll be BACK

The number of complainers in the reviews is ridiculous. It's either newbies or, I guess, it's just a Quebec thing... The entrance fee has increased over time, like everything else. The yard itself is relatively well maintained, and the price list is available and the same all over Canada. And for those complaining about the mud *smh* please stay home, we're not safe around you.

I've been here 3 times in the last 3 months.POSITIVE: Plenty of cars with parts. If you know what you are looking for and more than one vehicle is in store chances are you can get your part out. Easy rows system to find cars. Good idea to research beforehand what they have in stock and which rows they are in so that you can plan your visit especially if looking for parts from more than one model. Prices are cheaper than new or elsewhere in general.MODERATE: Parts are in varying condition. Sometimes you have to go through several cars to find the best part. Sometimes you don't have that luxury and what you find may not be great. Wheelbarrows are available to put stuff in but no guarantee you will find one free.POOR: The entrance fee. If you go and buy several parts they make a profit. If you need to bring a person to help you pull out difficult parts, double the fee! They can do away with the fee. If you don't find what you are looking fore you get shafted! Personally, I go when I need several different items because it's more efficient and less chance of coming out empty handed.
